NT APF?

Where did the NT APF go? Was it wiped out of the Lore? Is it still there? I need some infor if my Custom items are outdated AGAIN.

By APF, I'm assuming you mean APT. Asset Protection Team. Your custom items are probably as outdated as Tish's mom.

Why is your character carrying said items to work?:He's working for the APF, since the Nt Navy doesn't exist anymore. This is a CHANGE app. Not for a new item

Yes...NT's basic military response to anything is ERT, but if things are really bad then the Asset Protection Team comes in, though I believe that for the purposes of 'Nanotrasen Navy', it's typically ERT.

NanoTrasen's ERT is a branch of the NanoTrasen Fleet Security Force, under the Chief of Staff of the Navy I believe.

ERT is the emergency response branch of the Navy, and handles emergency calls. The rest of the navy would be security vessels, such as the Icarus, patrolling commonly pirated areas and providing security to stations from afar.
