Overview of the Incident: It started by her being called Down to cargo to deal with an problem regarding some cargotech vaura. When she arrived, she was met with a very frustraed employee, claiming false accusations, and insults and provocations from the officer in question. After she was informed more briefly of what happened, she witnesed the officer repeatably insulting the cargotech. She imidiatly ordered them to stop, and be mindfull of their language when n duty. The officer refused, and kept insulting the cargotech, as to hiwch, her response was to send them away, to avaoid unneccesary aggresion. She later called them into her office for a talk about the incident, Refusing to apologise, the officer was sentenced with disobeying her direct order, and charged accoringly. the second incident, was afther a massive carp swarm, where she directly ordered the officer to use his issued weapon, and not risk his own life by attempting to kill the carp using only his baton. she later found out, that he once Again disobeyed her orders, and the offier resigned with his bagde on the spot when confronted.

Actions taken: The officer was brought in for a talk, about his choice of Words towoards the CargoTech, and about disobeying her direct orders. no action was taken on the second incident, as the shift ended before she was able to do annything.
