If other, replace line and specify.)Overview of the Incident: After arriving to see a full Command and Medical, I was happy, glad and hopeful for the shift to come. But I was wrong. What I'm about to write is the most negligence I've ever seen in Medical History. Perhaps in Medical History period. Upon arriving to Medical, I learned that both Chemists were responsible for a Phoron leak, in which all of Engineering took quite a lot of Phoron damage. Ten minutes later, a Prisoner in a critical condition arrives, as I was attending to the Phoron leak, I was unable to help the Prisoner myself. Then I see all of Medical rush up (Keep in mind Chemistry is still full of Phoron) Chemistry dispenser, releasing whatever Phoron was left into Medical. After scanning the Prisoner I see this: This is after he died, at least Twenty minutes after his death. Medical was so occupied keeping him Alive, they just kept pumping Chemicals into him, even after my telling them that they are OD'ing him. Now I've selected all of Medical for this because I want all of Medical interviewed about this, as I was not able to get Information out of anyone because they were all blaming each-other. Now do you think this is the last of it? Not at all! Twenty minutes after the OD'ing I learn that Rob Oyster was left with a popped lung in the Recovery Room, only barley saving his life after spotting him. If even possible, I wish for all of Medical to be Question, Command at the time has agreed this is needed. Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: All of Command was Informed.Actions taken: CC was FAX'ed and we were deliberating what we should do, but the Shuttle was called. Additional notes: None.
