Guest Marlon Phoenix Posted July 3, 2017 Posted July 3, 2017 (edited) Reporting Personnel: Urzkrauzi Vizili Rank of Reporting Personnel: Security Officer Game ID: bPg-aZyW Personnel Involved: (Name, Rank: Offender/Witness/Other (Ckey)) - Robert Osterweiss [Assistant] (offender) - Trout [Forensic Technician] (offender) - Shas'kala Sakaei [security Officer] (witness) - Joel Muddox [i forget] (witness) Time of Incident: ~1:40 station time Real time: Location of Incident: Holodeck, surrounding hallway. Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard[]Accident/Injury[]Destruction of Property[]Neglect of Duty[]Harassment[X]Assault (Rob Oster)[X]Misconduct (Rob Oster / Trout)[X]Other / Slander and Sexual Harrassment (Trout)Overview of the Incident: I was advised to put both incidents into the same incident report. The Trout issue came first. Trout posted this on the public newscasters: https://images-ext-1.discordapp.net/external/Wj0yY92b3obRC4werkW_vdqTPyu4KlQvKGhuob0ep6U/http/puu.sh/wzxSP/e145cc5a52.png He explicitely claimed that a sexual relationship was in place between myself and officer Sakaei. Sakaei had fallen SSD and I was putting him on the bed, and walked onto the same meter of space. As we are both fully clothed, and are not disgusting deviants, the claim was clearly false. The slander came to the ears of the Captain, Nathan Corvo, which becomes relevant later. Trout themselves was a CSI and was refusing to remove the article or even speak to me, hiding in his lab. He was not even a journalist. This sort of behavior is disgusting and these types of claims have made me extremely uncomfortable. Rob Oster came later. Outside the holodeck I was changing the locations to space, and then back to the gym. The gravity was turned off, then back on, in this process. Rob Oster was inside and unfortunately tripped. I lost interest in the holodeck features after learning them and left the area and began speaking to a small group of people which included Joel Muddox. Out of nowhere Rob Oster grabs me and covers my eyes, hurling me down the hall where I fall to the floor. I rise back up and engage Rob Oster to begin an arrest. Since he already attacked me I used pepperspray on him once. He got up after I did not have time to cuff him and disarmed me, knocking my pepperspray from my hand. I retreated and drew my .45 with rubbers since I did not want to risk losing my baton, hoping it would make him back off. He kept advancing and knocked my gun from my hand. He continued advancing and attempting to shove me until I recovered my gun. I sprinted back a few steps and trained my gun on him. He continued to advance at me, so by reflex I fired two shots. He kept advancing, and it took the bystander Joel Muddox to grab Rob Oster before he was restrained. Rob Oster resisted in the pin, causing me to fire by reflex before I am able to holster. I then cuff him and bring him to the brig. Upon searching him I find contraband of insulated gloves, but I only give him his charge of 6 minutes for minor assault. Given the circumstances I thought this was very lenient. He is extremely troublesome when in the brig. He immediately demands the Captain himself come before him to serve as his representation, when even the regulation books laugh at this. He floods the Captain with complaints about every little thing he thought he saw wrong. Because of the slander by Trout, the Captain cites the incidents with Sakaei as reason to side with Rob Oster. I grew angry because the Captain was defending assault on a security officer due to a report both myself and Sakaei told him was false. I held out my gun and sarcastically told Rob Oster he had the Captain's permission to shoot me at this rate. He refused as I had expected, and I dumped all my items and went into cryo rather than deal with such unjust and unfair judgement. Rob Oster assaulted a member of security over a petty reason. He did nothing before running out of the holodeck and turning a corner to attack me. He could have yelled at me, reported me, or did anything else. Instead he chose to attack me and whine for his entire, thankfully short, duration in the brig. Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: Nathan Corvo, Captain was informed of the article and he did nothing about it. He later used the incident in question as a reason to side with a prisoner. Actions taken: (Description of efforts made by the reporter, security, HoDs, and/or Internal affairs to resolve this incident and what you know from others following the chain of command to find a solution to this issue.) Additional notes: I'm not gay. Edited July 3, 2017 by Marlon Phoenix

whiterabit Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 My apologies for the late change of pace, after learning that this incident had taken place aboard the NSS Aurora II rather than the NSS Exodus, we have chosen to close this report. Until the official map change, all rounds on the Aurora II are to be considered non-canon and the CCIA will not be accepting IRs originating from these rounds. As always, if you believe the action reported here to be severe enough to warrant it, you may file a character/player complaint here: https://forums.aurorastation.org/viewforum.php?f=35
