Rusty Shackleford Posted December 25, 2014 Posted December 25, 2014 Penlights can already be put in the earslot though. Hue.
SgtSammac Posted December 25, 2014 Posted December 25, 2014 http://ledheadtorches.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/Streamlight-61052-Septor-LED-Head-Torches-images.jpg head torch that could be put on helmets/hats as accessories? Also engineering have lights built into their hard hats and all hardsuit helmets too. Realistically in the tunnels if you're eng you should be wearing one of the two. <_< >_>
Guest Menown Posted December 25, 2014 Posted December 25, 2014 Mostly for security, Sam. Security has nothing like the hardhats, and I often find myself in the tunnels, fumbling my pockets for my cuffs, a flash, or a light. It just gets cluttered, and having something handsfree, would be amazing.
SgtSammac Posted December 25, 2014 Posted December 25, 2014 I didn't say it was a bad idea meowy. Heck more proper ear accessories could be cool.

I'm not allowed a security belt, and the flashlight fits perfectly in its place. Some actual ear accessories that make sense would be amazing though, I'm sick of seeing people who have 'some watch on their right ear'.
incognitojesus Posted December 25, 2014 Posted December 25, 2014 1.) Tuck the flashlight into your pocket 2.) Turn PDA light on. 3.) ACTUALLY USE FLARES 4.) ???? 5.) Profit
Guest Menown Posted December 25, 2014 Posted December 25, 2014 IJ >Implying the PDA works well enough in the dark People can hide out of the line of sight and gank the fock out of you. >Flares are fire based A guy can spray welder fuel on the ground and end your spree as Officer Friendly in no time >Flares are limited resource, and also hand-holding/pocket filling dependent. Self explanatory
ZipZero Posted December 25, 2014 Posted December 25, 2014 Why not have something like a heavy-duty penlight, just like there's a heavy-duty version of the default flashlight, as regular penlights don't produce much light?
Guest Menown Posted December 25, 2014 Posted December 25, 2014 Putting penlights behind your ears is a stupid mechanic. They can easily fall out, they're fucking pens. The only people that should have those, are doctors, and those are for medical use, but people use them as flashlights. When there's an actual device that can fill that role, it'd be much easier than implement that, instead of bullshitting our way through it.

You usually never have both ears taken up, so you can utilize an appendage that would otherwise go unused. Also, on a completely different topic: Directional Flashlights.
