Add Null Rod Box and/or Bible to Loadout Selection

This is so that you, the chaplain, can spawn with these very important items regardless if they are on the station or not. Whitelist it for the chaplain/priest occupation, so that only they can join with it.

Here's the problem.

If you spawn in as a chaplain at the beginning of the round, you should have an option to get the bible immediately. If you join late, there is no way for you to obtain one. If there was a priest before you, they can lose the null rod or cryo with it theoretically, leaving you with none because the office doesn't have spares lying around once they've been used(there's only the one set for the original chaplain).

Bibles can be printed at the library. (Someone check me that they work for healing)

The null rod should be able to released at the cryo control console if a chap cryos with it (may require a head of staff ID, again someone check me on this).
