Overview of the Incident:

Chesire, an IPC, needed a caretaker for Bones, medical's pet, due to the current ongoing emergency, so she left in the bar with the care of service staff. Ludvig Von Matterhorn, for what reason I still cannot figure out, decided to throw Bones, in the oven, and cook her alive, then deepfry her and throw her on the serving table. This got fellow crewmember Marisol Santana quite upset and hopped over the counter to confront the murderer. From there, it turned into a fight that ended up wounding the poor crippled Marisol Santana. The cook, the entire time, thought he was in the right.

Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: No, it was reported to security. IAA was currently preoccupied with space sleep so I couldn't report it then.

Actions taken: Reported to security. From there, the cook was charged and demoted.

Due to multiple reports of extreme misconduct in the 20171228 DWFlaw_Ludvig Von Matterhorn case. This division has found Mr. Matterhorn lacks the ethical and professional integrity needed to stay employed with Nanotrasen. Due to lack of testimony on behalf of the accused or any witnesses giving light to their actions. Actions including i113: Animal Cruelty, i208: Assault, i105: Hooliganism, and attempts at i209: Escaping From Containment, compound with the lack of responses. We have decided to take drastic action.

The Aurora Duty Officer division has sought the permanent removal of Ludvig Von Matterhorn from all NanoTrasen employee branches. We believe this excessive misconduct reflects poorly on NanoTrasen as a whole, and we wish for Ludvig Von Matterhorn to be inducted into some form of psychiatric care.

While we understand the difficulties of a full termination. NanoTrasen believes in second or even third chances. We will consider accepting Ludvig Von Matterhorn back into our employment, only after receiving a satisfactory, formal statement from the man explaining his actions in detail and how he will correct them in the future.

This case is now considered closed and resolved.
