Azande Posted January 5, 2018 Posted January 5, 2018 Reporting Personnel: Eleanor Shen Rank of Reporting Personnel: Captain Game ID: bSh-cpKw Personnel Involved: - Es'tana Grajahn, Station Engineer (Offender) - Charles Hall, Head of Security (Witness) - ATHENA, Station Engineer (Witness) Time of Incident: N/A Real time: 12:45-12:50 EST? Location of Incident: Surface Level Nature of Incident: [X]Workplace Hazard[]Accident/Injury[]Destruction of Property[X]Neglect of Duty[]Harassment[]Assault[X]Misconduct[X]Other: Failure to Execute Orders, Breach of Code YellowOverview of the Incident: A crew transfer was called shortly after a level seven biohazard had been called. The biohazard was an aggressive form of plant-life that had taken over a large amount of our surface level, including the arrivals-checkpoint area (although we had stopped it from entering the docks). This plant-life had displayed itself capable of eating into our reinforced lift-walls, and could only be removed from them by welding the wall into its base component - when this was realized by our engineers (ATHENA and a cyborg), I called a code yellow, and ordered all crew to cease attempts to board the shuttle, as the risk of allowing the biohazard to spread onto the shuttle and then onto the NTCC Odin, would only cause further damage to NanoTrasen assets. The lifts (which we affected by the biohazard) we sealed while engineering continuously tried to keep the plants on them at bay from the main level. However, some crew that were on the surface fighting the biohazard, bee-lined for the shuttle, but I only know one of their names: Es'tana Grajahn. This individual, a station engineer no less, abandoned their responsibility to the station's infrastructure, and ignored direct orders to STAY AND SOLVE the issue, and to STAY FOR QUARANTINE, and hacked into the shuttle that I had the AI bolt down (to stop plants from spreading onto it). Then they said this over the public channel: [Common] Es'tana Grajahn shouts, "Let this be a lesson to you, captain!" [Common] Es'tana Grajahn says, "One cannot contain... an engineerr!" This is gross misconduct from an engineer who is meant to keep our station secure from these kinds of biohazards, and I'd overall suggest a suspension from the department. Addendum: Head of Security Hall has been marked as a witness due to being responsible for ensuring his team kept crew out of affected areas. Actions taken: Due to the nature of the incident, I could not take action as the shift ended and they were on the Odin.
