Let mining drones listen to supply-radio

There are typically two ways to manage a mining drone, you can either release it into the wild and forget it ever exists, which will probably become less viable now that they're going to have smaller mining satchels, or you can take it with you on adventures, letting it rendezvous to your ore box you're towing along.

Either way, if you want to get it to do anything specific, you need to run up to it and whisper sweet tender things to it, which is really hard when mining drones range out far and wide.

So...let them listen to supply's radio channel, so that miners can tell them when they need to come back to get upgrades or if they've moved the ore crate. And other Completely Not Malicious Things™.

I don't see why not. Mining Drones are lawed to obey Supply, so it makes sense they'd get the Supply channel.
