  1. I have no other place to put this. BYOND Key: Bakagaijin Player Byond Key: Technokat Staff involved: I have brought this up to the admins, saying they would have forward it to the forum mods. Reason for complaint: Technokat has a mocking forum signature after Jboy made a complaint against them. It goes as follow: I believe hostility in this magnitude has no place on our forums, and I feel like something needs to be done about it. Approximate Date/Time: I dunno when they updated their forum signature.

  3. Why not language that sounds like an old 56k modem with series of screeching and boops?

  7. I like to say that perhaps the admin who was hosting the event should had checked to see if Ghost was actually at the fucking event before even culting him if that was part of the event, because it seems like sheer laziness on whoever's account to cult someone for no reason whatsoever.

  9. It would also help to have description or a basic idea of the event too that people vote for, it can be more detailed and give people a better insight, rather than, "Event next round?" or "VOTE YES FOR A K001 EVENT!"

  11. A lot of events that occur are scattered in nature, unexpectedly popped up, and quite frankly 3/4ths of the time abandoned by the original event creator. This leads to half-baked events where other people have to make up for what the host left to them, usually ending up in a mediocre pit of hell and confusion for both players and staff members. I think there needs to be at least a community bulletin board about future events with a guesstimate time. This means having it get approved by staff and set up for a specific day in advance rather than "the next round". Plus it can be voted on if the community wants it or not. Ninja Edit: Got a better subject.

  15. Welcome Aetherscald to Aurora. You seem like an interesting person. I was 13 as well when I started to roleplay. I hope you do well with being a culinary specialist in the Navy, and I hope to see you again when you come back. Cheers. :>

    Gender Restricted Hair

I want opened hair style options for men and women. The idea that males cannot have long hair styled up into curls is ridiculous. Even if it is 'ridiculous'. If a tajaran male wants to walk around with victory curls, that's on them. Same if a human wants to walk around with a beehive.
  21. True, you cannot stop people from being dicks, but as I said: this server is a privilege to play on, and if they're going to be disruptive, you nip it in the bud. You cannot change the nature of people but you can sure as hell discipline them.
  22. Muting OOC for yourself may be the solution for you, but it doesn't solve the entire problem. It just blocks you from seeing it, but just because you don't see it doesn't mean it's not continuing on.
  23. People just love to be argumentative, and scream about absolutely nothing that matters at the end of the day. It's always ends in drama with people trying to masterstroke one another, or get the last word in before the mute button is hit. Personally, I think on this server, we're more laxed about when to use the mute button, so I am surprised when people are asking why things were muted that it 'wasn't that bad'. Did you know on Goon, they're more likely to do more than slap you on the wrist for sperging about anime, sex, or anything they deemed too much for OOC? Hell, here, you just get an OOC mute and told to knock it off, yet people push the goddamn issue why they can't talk about (INSERT RACY/INAPPROPRIATE SUBJECT HERE) because they think Freedom of Speech applies to a privately run server. I really wish people would filter themselves but that's asking for the impossible. The only thing that I see that can actually make controlling OOC a lot easier is to edit the rules of what is acceptable and what's not. Because, let's face it, the PG-13 rule is absolute trash, it's ambiguous, and people like to dance on the line constantly.
  24. The argument of 'where's the roleplay' is moot because this is a heavy roleplaying server, one is already expected to roleplay. If someone is not roleplaying at all (this is different from 'they are not roleplaying the way I would like them to') and you see "thrown out the window", then as an admin, you're supposed to intervene.
