If other, replace line and specify.) Overview of the Incident: I was in the medical lobby with Mr. Jesse and Ms. Juliet Bremer. I was with Jesse on break standing around and engaging in playful banter, with light, but friendly shoves. Suddenly, out of the corner of my eye stood Jirr Luceen, a nurse, holding something red and cylinder-like in shape. He probably saw Jesse and myself lightly pushing each other, and decided to join in by slamming a Class ABC, 20 lbs fire extinguisher into my chest with as much force as he can muster. My legs buckled, as I fall to the ground, clenching my bleeding chest in pure agony, gasping for air. Jesse, being a certified medical profession, immediately puts me on a stretcher and checks out my condition to find that Luceen's assault was enough to puncture and collapse my lung. Telling me that he's going to put me on pain medicine and a sleeping agent to make sure I am not in pain, his plan was to take me with him on the stretcher to the Captain to get the proper access to make peridaxon and keep me away from Luceen, since he had medical access and was intent on harassing me. Consenting to the medical treatment, I go under for an unknown amount of time, it seemed to be ages. I wake up to find all the medicine that was keeping me relax and stable was out of my system, and to find out that Jesse was brigged for kidnapping. I find the assailant, Jirr Luceen, standing over me, spraying me with water and telling me I was fine and overreacting my extreme pain in my chest. I then found out that Murray, the geneticist, pulled me back to the medbay after she accused Jesse of kidnapping me on the stretcher, and Emily O'Harron, instead of listening to his try to explain the plight of what happened in Medical, brigged Jesse rather then take the time to actually listen. It took me yelling through Comms through terrible chest pains to get Luceen away from me. All in all, it took 35 minutes to get proper medical treatment because of accusations of kidnapping, brigging the EMT who was helping me and was the only active one at the time with a knowledge in chemistry, and allowing Luceen to touch and harass me after assaulting me and putting me in this predicament in the first place. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: The following head of staff that knows about the incident which occurred is Ana Roh'hi'tin, Head of Security Additional notes: I do not feel safe knowing Jirr Lucenn, a mentally unstable man, is allowed to come back to work after injuring me. I do not feel comfortable that Tamsin Murray pulled me away from safety, after making accusations that Jesse was kidnapping me, back to Jirr Luceen's proximity. I do not feel comfortable knowing that Emily O'Harron severely jumped the gun as a head of staff, rather than listening to the situation, sent the EMT to the brig because of accusations, until I woke up screaming in pain, begging to get Lucenn off me.

Taking a look at what was going on, it seems like the AI did warn about a "carp kingdom", but at the same time was being pushed at the core and was kind of flailing around as a result. There was attempt to do something, it was just not as loud as maybe it was suppose to be? Then again, it's hard as an AI to keep everyone in the loop when people are pressuring you. I'm going to keep this open for a while to see if anyone else has something else to add.

It's not the accent/impediment/whatever that bothered me. I've seen people (myself included) play characters with accents and impediments that are questionable at best. The name bothered me a little bit due to the connotations with Kim Jong-(whatever). The player in question skated very close to a reference name. I feel the locker disposals thing to get at an antag is pretty powergamey as well, hindering roleplay for the sake of getting the antag. Players using disposals for travel, with a few exceptions to count for silicons, has and will always been discouraged. I feel this particular case, along with past cases and warnings, should be reviewed by Tish and Aqy to see if the actions that Direwolf done that round as a head of staff is deserving of a whitelist revoke.

This is the last warning I will give. Stay on topic, and do not fight each other. If you do not have anything nice to say to each other, don't say it at all. Failure to drop the attitude will result in your forum privileges taken away. You all can disagree and still have a mature discussion, being dicks to each other is not going to be tolerated.
