You have access to logs and still got this situation wrong. Not even surprised, I knew this was going to happen as soon as I realised you weren't dismissing the thread. You know nothing about me and have nothing to contribute to the thread, so why did you comment? Characters do like my character and people OOCly enjoy Amy being there. This is not negotiable and is a fact, unlike most of the blatant lies presented here. Lies that could have easily been fact checked but, for some reason, were not.

You've looked at the logs and I can see you've missed some things. I'll give you more context. Ward and Amy have a decent relationship, to start with. I'm disregarding any comments made about hostility towards him as he knows that it's made in hest. She was slightly pissed that she was forced to sit through surgery. Painkillers exist though. I don't know what that response about cloning was too, but it was probably a request to clone someone and Amy deterred them. The next comment is four minutes later, not saying she was qualified for cloning people. There were bodies that needed cloning, the chemist was being inept and we didn't find out late into the round that we could make the meat ourselves using far less law-breaking methods. Sawing the bodies of those who were being cloned and traitors seemed is LOGICAL, if not strictly morally correct. Amy did not remove the kidneys. They randomly flew out. I have no way to even begin explaining. It should be noted that there was no toxin damage though. Amy dismissed it as some scientific or magical shit, then for somewhat cheap comedic effect, trying to lighten the mood for someone who's kidneys just shot out of their body, she joked about appendicitis. Amy was chopping off both arms at the same time with one saw... She probably turned the body on the side or something... Uh... I threw the head at an officer attempting an arrest, after realising it could not be blended. The LOOC comment was made specifically at one person. Next round!

Medical Reform - New Guidelines, Qualifications, and Minimum Ages

I read over the response to my comments. I'm fine with surgery/cloning/virology/chemistry being off limits, I asked that you don't put any more limits on Nurses, thinking that's what these guidelines were what you were trying to do, is all. Thanks for the clarification. -
Hrm... Talking about abusive shit over comms... Ahahahahaah. No, sorry, is this a serious player complaint/report at this point? So far, all I've seen is complete lies and hypocrisy. Oh, I forgot, none of you actually know anything about the context of anything, do you? You just throw things and hoping they'll stick. This one isn't going to. This was the round that Clearthoughts spent typing out little paragraphs of hate speech over comms, for anyone that needs to know. Amy actually IS likeable. There are quite a few people that like her character, saying otherwise is as dishonest as this thread as a whole. Alex did not calmly walk past Alex and give her a nice friendly little warning, I don't remember the wording but it was not a pleasant conversation from either side. Amy was pissed, you were obstructing her work and you were being a general nuisance. She punched the shit out of Alex in response to him sending what was basically the entire security force after her. As a note: She was let out on 'parole' instantly, because they knew you'd probably done something.

I do have a few things to say about this, excuse me if I'm not amazingly specific. I'm going to start from the bottom, as the comments are displayed from bottom to top while I make my own. I HAVE broken windows with people in the past but this is always in the holodeck, where the victim wouldn't have sustained injuries, and always the result of low gravity wrestling. It should be noted that I was not the one throwing him into a window. We were being slightly hooligan-ish and silly, yes. Amy got hit with a vandalism charge though, for having her body used to break windows. I can't recall the vulgar remarks made. I did not say I'd blackmail people. I said that the people who were making reports weren't in the right either and said that Amy would send out a bunch of reports in return when or if she got fired. I remember you being quite rude in this discussion and I remember the fact that you came at me as a group. I should note that in discord, I have never recieved reasoned, well thought out feedback about Amy. I've had only memes and people who've been told what are straight up lies about IC circumstances OOCly and have believed them fully. P.S. People DO suck at medical and when Amy is down or busy, no one gets treated and she is shoved off into a corner. This happens every round that she gets hit by something. I don't talk down to you when you make complaints about my CHARACTER (singular) I talk down to you when your opinion is meme and ignorance in an even mix. As for your note on powergaming.... What? No. Provide proof of this or don't talk. Someone suggested that Amy use sunglasses to deal with my OOC complaints that batons were inferior to flashing. https://gyazo.com/225a8cca3e9ac7a1e280a686ef490b16 The reports were not valid, Datberry. Specifically why I will be arguing them out ICly and why I considered making counter complaints about the conduct of others. Reading the rest of this shows more uninformed ignorance. Xenophobic, Homophobic, Lady-phobic fucker got shanked by a syringe because she wanted to detain him for security to handle. It is of note that he was wearing ablative gear, hence the Ion rifle shot aimed at him. This person was an assistant, and had been shouting inflammatory things over comms for a long time as an assistant. He did this in another round... Talking of CCIIA reports... I don't recall ignoring advice and orders from other medical doctors or the CMO either. As you should know, She did go to get changed into the kind of clothes she was requested to wear. It took longer than expected... You seem far too fixated on this issue with the patient. She didn't just pull him around in circles around the medbay, she grabbed and moved him less than 6 tiles to inject Peridaxon, as she does love doing. Periwinkle is at the front of any 'station attack' because those attacks are fucking up her medbay and without her involvement, nothing is ever done. Just the other round she had to practically beg for security and the captain to deal with a totem that ripped the blood out of people, was spawning shit and driving one of the medical staff insane. When she got down, she picked up a baton to defend herself with and was shot by the captain who started counting down for her to drop the thing before fixing his settings that would allow her to drop it... He let in her, accepting her explanation for being there and then later forgot about it, asking once again and not accepting it this time. I never decided it was okay to kill security to free a wizard, and I think you people need serious clarification on what assault is, attempted murder and battery, because even OOCly you mess this shit up. No idea where you got this idea from even. As I remember it, some chucklefuck starting bashing her with an extinguisher for no reason and after a shift of being beat by the same guy she lobbed a fireball at him. Amy disagreed with the decision to arrest the friend who'd been very kind to her and others up until this point, and tried to pull her out of the mess of security. The wizard was later killed. I think I've had a talking to from each of the staff members by now, and so far none have them have explicitly said that my actions are wrong, instead, I've been told to think about how my actions could be seen by others and to explain myself better. Scheveningen, I did expect you to make such a misleading comment on a situation like this. You spoke to me about my occupational skills, which made no sense to even me. I explained to you reasons that things could have been as weird as they had ended up and deleted the character, remaking her to ensure things were good. I'm not entirely sure what your screenshot shows. It shows Jensen, who actively went against Amy in her attempts to clone crew members and was generally a nuisance in that round. Since this post is long enough, I'll be making another that actually addresses the context of the original report. Edit: It's of note that skimming over this, I've already found one straight up lie. Edit 2: Scrap that, the majority of it is lies.

I'm still not entirely sure why every head of staff thinks security is their personal little army...

Medical Reform - New Guidelines, Qualifications, and Minimum Ages

Amy was screaming over comms for help for over half an hour... There was no help. The CMO took about 5 minutes after coming out of cryo to show up and the These kind of starting shifts are becoming becoming usual to me: https://gyazo.com/fdadd2fc00eec4e2c8317e6800c88ee9 When we do get other medical staff, I pray to god that they aren't entirely inept. Perhaps this is a problem with my occupational choices but I do think the nurse should be somewhat able if need be... -

Whether intended to or not, this will have an impact on current characters. I'm looking at this from the point of view of someone who has an existing character, a nurse, which have been reduced to nursing interns with a bit more access that they can't use.No surgeries, No cloning, No virology. With the lack of a doctor present, the nurse should really not just have to stand by and ask for help. As a nurse, my character is, generally at the beck and call of the doctors. She'll run around for them doing really basic stuff and rarely actually gets to help when it comes to surgeries and the like. Reflecting on past rounds, and how things would have gone, had this been the case. I think pretty much everyone here knows about the shift in which I got two patients with organ damage and internal bleeding while the virologist sat downstairs having a little rave by himself. The other departments refused to offer even the slightest bit of help to medical and as a nurse with these current rules, this trained medical professional would have to sit there and watch as people died, unable to help, because she is slaved to someone with a slightly more flashier and bigger certificate. That's hardly high RP, is it...? And if you enforce this, then don't you have to enforce that no one but medical staff can use syringes and pills? -
Medical Reform - New Guidelines, Qualifications, and Minimum Ages

It's not really about a single person saving the day... Most of this stuff isn't really a reform. The only thing that caught my eye was the nurse stuff since it'd be directly affecting my character. You're right. No one is forcing me to play that character, that doesn't mean it needs scorching from the face of the earth. Or space station. >Roleplay and assisting roles exist< Yes. Those are called apprentices/residents/lab assistants. The nurse has literally no role. It's a resident with more access that it can't use. The only other role in the game like this is the gardener and chef. The gardener can live without the chef, the chef is a bit buggered without a gardener. A nurse is a chef, but with no functionality at all. It's an alt title for medical doctor. If you want HRP then forcing people to grow and lose about 5 years from one shift to the next isn't really the way to do it... What the flip have I spent the last 7 years of my life doing if I can't use a sleeper or shove someone in a cryopod... Do all nurses start off with prescription bottles of Alkysine too? As for your point about reactions... Amy spent half an hour screaming for help when she COULD use the medbay like she has trained to do. The psychiatrist is going to be fully booked constantly by nurses starmap-wide if this reform goes through. -

As a nurse who regularly goes through rounds with little medical crew already and is already restricted from doing Cloning, Surgery, Chemistry and that stuff... No thanks... I'd also have to bump up the age by a year... This just seems like... An uncalled for an unwanted change really? Medical staff are limited enough. Sec staff can do whatever, Science likewise, Engineering likewsie, Cargo have nothing complicated to do... This will cripple medical.
