To whom it may concern, I was handed this incident report as the shift ended. I am submitting it to my superiors for review. It is as follows. Alexia West, Internal Affairs.

None of this is relevant to my character's in-game job. You have an ooc complaint. You have stated IC things were not an issue, and your IC complaint was dismissed, because of this thread. You are filing a complaint that I made a singular disparaging comment in OOC, and for some reason keep referencing that I was chief engineer/Head of Staff. It doesn't make sense to me sir. I am going to stop here and let a mod/min see if they need anything further from me, so we don't just keep going back and forth with the same thing, because we're just going in circles now. If it helps anything, I apologize for having said that in OOC, but outside of this I don't understand.
-
You know I'm not a moderator or an admin, right? I Applied for the head of staff whitelist, nothing further. I'm literally just another player. What I do OOC has no bearing what-so-ever on my characters and there's no relation between the two. Everyone at the vacant office was roleplaying. You ran up, shouted, and shoved me down without letting me reply or perform an action. You forgot how to roleplay. That is a thing you did. Claiming my OOC comment has bearing because I was playing as Chief Engineer doesn't make any sense to me, I'm sorry. If I was an atmos tech, IAA, doesn't matter. What you walked onto was a friend handling a distraught other friend, which you ruined and then got everyone killed. I do remember my comment now, btw. I believe someone asked if the round was worth joining. I replied "It would have been, but someone forgot how to roleplay." or something like that. Right? That's what this complaint is about. You made a mistake, people got mad. I just happen to be the head of staff character that voiced their opinion publicly. Your real complaint should be the cyborg that refused to obey laws and, as you say, shoved you in. Which I believe, that AI is difficult at times. I don't know what you expect admins to do to the effect of "Nanda said I forgot how to roleplay in OOC one round." Do you guys wanna mute my OOC for a few days as punishment or something, to get this out of the way? I'll go for that, just to get this thread done and over. I can imagine the noted on my ckey now. "Muted for saying someone forgot how to roleplay."
-
Ok let's start over. Your issue is I was shitty to you in OOC over something that happened in-game. Correct?
-
"The fuck are they even doing here? Surely they see the fueltank? And the bomb suit wearing security?" The bomb suit wearing security is the one that caused the incident. bum rushing a suicide bomber is not roleplaying. If you take this personally what really is your complaint? That you made a mistake and don't like that I pointed it out off-handedly in public? I'm confused.

Right, so, this is a roleplaying server. Edgar Dawnguard, I have no idea who plays him, but IC him and Aquila are friends. We were in the middle of roleplaying. Yes, we were shouting at each other. That is Aquila. In her eyes, all Edgar was doing was hurting himself and giving Aquila and her engineers more work to do. Did you notice the very large and very deadly fireaxe Aquila usually carries? It was on the floor, because she didn't want to hurt her friend. The "FINE I'LL BLOW US ALL UP" was a bluff that she was calling. Suddenly you muscle in, without much word, and as I was replying to you (roleplaying, on the heavy role play server) you rush to me, push me, grab my welder and throw it away. We're roleplay. We were roleplaying. You were not roleplaying. EVERYONE gathered there was mad at you for disturbing the scene in that manner. Not 20 seconds after I leave, you bumrush the distraught scientist, like 4 people died and arrivals was straight fucked deadly for at least an hour while we were fighting vacuum, saving people arriving, putting out the fire. So yes. When Aquila saw another friend, Ash, dead from your actions, she grabbed you and slammed you into a door. And OOCly I think this report is nonsense. My stand by what I said in-game and in this post. You kind of ruined an unfolding event that had the potential to calm down, and blew up the vacant office and got a lot of people hurt and injured. At least if Aquila's bluff was called, everyone else was in the process of evacuating the area, while my character was trying to talk her in-game friend out of a terrible decision. I do not recall telling you you forgot how to play, nor do I recall saying anything in OOC about you. LOOC, yes. It was ridiculous, in my opinion. I have the right to voice my view on a group of people having fun being ruined and having to spend the rest of the shift fixing your decision.

Makes sense. Hard drives have POWERFUL AS FUCK magnets inside them. Also, posis are in the chest aren't they? Anyway, I doubt IPCs are on hard drive platters in the year 2458, considering in 2016 we have EMP resistant SSDs based on crystal data storage. Nand gates are weird man. But yes it's fairly weak magnet. Edit:Haa, I am so wrong. SSD is more susceptible to EMP than HDD.

BYOND Key: Nandabun Character name: Aquila Item name: Magnetic Flower Pin Why is your character carrying said item to work? Aquila's IPC boyfriend, Halligan, gave it to her as an anniversary present. Item function(s): It goes on your head! Item description: That's a magnet. It's in the shape of a hair flower pin. It is a small item. Smells nice. Item appearance: How will you use this to better interact with crew and/or stimulate RP? Aquila is always seen wearing her flower pin. It's generated many comments and conversation through more than a few rounds. It's a good conversation starter, once it's noticed! Additional comments: That's a hair flower pin. It is a small item. Smells nice. Edit: Someone had a good idea, implemented.

When a team wins the Super Bowl, the entire team gets rings. Who's to say this isn't similar? Anyway, Jadon's can be from a different series, doesn't have to be the same exact ring.

BYOND Key: Nandabun Character name: Jadon Carter Item name: Thunder Dome Pendant Ring Why is your character carrying said item to work? In round b1oEZf, a cargo technician found the ring in a pile of rubbish in the trash observation room. The technician, Roll Rockman, reported it to Jadon, whom consulted the Captain on deck, asking if they should report a lost ring to central. The Captain declined any need to do so, saying the technician could keep it. Jadon later bought the ring from Roll, who had no actual interest in the "pretty ring," for 1,000 credits. Item function(s): Worn on gloves slot. Item description: That is a Thunder Dome Pendant ring. It is a small item. Item appearance: (if this is a poor quality image, it's the base thunder dome ring image) It appears to be a Collector's edition Thunder Dome Pendant ring from the IGTDL's show rumble in the red planet in 2444. It has a decorative diamond center with a image of the Intergalactic belt in the center. It is inscribed on the inside with the name "Jadon Carter". How will you use this to better interact with crew and/or stimulate RP?: Jadon is very proud of this ring, which he personally considers to be a LEGENDARY ring, so far as fashion and style go. A big fan of the Thunder Dome games, he tends to show it off whenever he can. Additional comments: Butts. Also; Aquila wants Jadon to have this ring!

Reporting Personnel: Alexia West Rank of Reporting Personnel: Internal Affairs Agent Personnel Involved: Anyta Richter Detective Winston Carton Detective Legatus Station-bound synthetic; security module - Time of Incident: 0426 Real time: 7:21 pm Est, 22/09/2016 Location of Incident: Brig Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property [x]Neglect of Duty []Harassment []Assault [x]Misconduct [x]Other Refusal to submit evidence/taking evidence from detained personnel Overview of the Incident:Shortly after arriving on station, I witnessed Detective Carton wearing a strange helmet. It appeared to be an engineering voidsuit model, except it was very black, almost to be called "stealth." I discreetly pulled him aside, unsure if there was a medical need for the helmet, and asked about it. He informed me it was from the intruders, and the "other detective" had some too. I informed him what a grave move it was to remove evidence and confiscated materials from evidence lockers, suggesting he return it immediately. After agreeing, he got into an argument with Detective Richter, as she was refusing to return the contraband, and seemed intent on leaving the station with it during the transfer which occurred shortly after my first conversation with Detective Carton. Both Winston Carton and unit Legatus tried explaining to her the error of these actions, and she grew increasingly vehement and belligerent. Both have requested to be listed as witnesses for this report. Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: Agent Alexia West Actions taken: Attempted to guide the detective to the proper actions without becoming involved personally. Additional notes: As mentioned above, Detective Carton and unit Legatus are witnesses to the event.

Hello! This is Aquila, Research Director of NSS Aurora for shift b3pcVf on what she believes was Sunday, 18th of September, 2458. The following notes were taken by Assistant Adam Woods. Aquila plucked him out of the halls, overhearing him complaining nothing needed assisting. She shoved a clipboard and paper into his hands, and tasked him with following Aquila, and taking notes on things he saw, and what Aquila stated, showing the extreme success of the station's research department at that time! Aquila hopes you have enjoyed this superior note taking by a highly qualified assistant!

One of my characters has, possibly, PTSD of an event that happened in her backstory, and is quite paranoid and twitchy. I'd consider her crazy, but no one has ever boinked me about Asterisk, as when she is on station, she /does/ her job.. Albeit at the first sign of trouble she'll start barricading doors, building weapons, or hiding somewhere. Does this rule mean no *pathic characters? A tweaked out janitor can still janitor, but isn't running around murdering everyone.

I never quit, I just got busy. Lots of shit happened the last year, but now I'm in school. Did I miss much? (Does anyone currently playing even remember me? Haha.)

Is that gone? I was wondering why votes were going the way they were lately. I also want this back. But I think your ratio is off? Where votes to lead had to VASTLY overpower votes to stay the first time, then 30 minutes later a little less of a distance, etc.

Slimes can live in space for a veeeeeery long time. But can grow infinitely when near an IPC. I guess absorbing from their cell? Last night during extended there were at least 9 slimes loose in space. I finally threw them all away from the station. They wound up everywhere.. then I overheated and died.
-
I AM THE DIRECTOR. But stupid shit like this needs admin approval, I'd think.
-
Can I be sanctioned by staff to safely put a slime inside the SM engine before it's started and see what happens when slimes are superheated by it? Alternately, if no, can I as RD put a slime in toxins testing and superheat their containment? Or superheat a canister and push it into a slime pen? Shoot a slime out into bomb testing and see what happens.. I'm exploding with sudden ideas to fuck about with in Science. Time for Aquila to officially get a job change!

Being no expert on the matter, and really, not even in a position to truly comment, my understanding is this. The fax machines operate on a separate telecommunications HUB, one separate from the satellite, and powered by bluespace crystals. Whenever you send a fax, it tells you the crystals are re-aligning, please wait. I assume the send from the station is so powerful and precise, it actually causes the array to shift, hence having to re-align every time. Kinda like a communications laser cannon. B-DOOMPF.

What is halloss, please?

Reporting Personnel: Alexia West Rank of Reporting Personnel:Internal Affairs Agent Personnel Involved: Alina Petrova, Journalist Lukas Caine, Security Officer Time of Incident: Station time: 3:17 Real time: 9:53pm Eastern US 28/02/16) Location of Incident:Brig Interrogation Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property []Neglect of Duty [x]Harassment []Assault [x]Misconduct []Other _____ Overview of the Incident: While conducting an interview, the journalist asked the officer in question if they got time off. She then asked him if officers got breaks during the shift. She proceeded then to suggest to the officer he looks her up next time he goes on break. The HoS feels this is a sexual harassment case. I myself am inclined to agree, and reviewing employment and medical records, I believe this journalist requires an investigation, as all records are blank. There is no evidence she is an authorized employee. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: N/A Additional notes:

Like building a medibot, sending it out to medbay, one to sec, one to engineering, and no on has to drag them around to get there? Hell yes!! And there's already ways to do it easily implemented into the game.

As an IAA player, I was told to LEARN DAT FUKKEN LORE. Is there a repository we can find? I would guess the wiki, but I'm in class. Edit: i r gud typr

Interpretation is key. Alexia West, as implanted HoS, will shoot you in the face if you bomb the station. She will break your knee cap (after three warnings) for trying to break out of cuffs before you're processed. She is protecting the company's interests, loyally, in her way.
