Right I was the L/Trp in the round, I can confirm what 1138 said. He beat prisoners in the brig and also arrested people that had minor charges. Even after the situation was solved the prisoners that were perm'ed never got released I neither saw any RP from him with the prisoners except beating the shit out of them. Basically a metagaming shitcurity officer.

Giving cultists a weapon from the very beginnig is bad in my opinion. The other side of the coin is the question how do they get to the blood in which they draw the runes. The problem I would have as a cultist is that, as stated by others, carrying a dagger wouls rise concerns and security would probably search you.
