Hey guys Hunter, (Or the meme Edgar) here, and with me and SonicGotNuked Discussing a 2 player civ 5 game, I was wondering, do you guys want a civ 5 game? If so please put in your steam name, your times available and what DLC you have, and your timezone. I will work out all the details and see when we can get the most people.

I understand why you are being more critical, and I answered the best I could. I just ask you to not take me wanting to be Head of Staff to the point of reapplying multiple times to a negative perspective. I am confident I want this and will try my best to get this position.

I RP quite a lot during the first hour and a half, and then everyone in Research stops around the 1:30 mark, unless there is an antag, If that case, I normally figure out what the crap they are doing, like their tech and stuff, but most of the time, I don't do Bar RP cause thats not Edgar We have had a lot of discussion over Research Radio about how synth rights and stuff, it's a normal everyday talk and stuff, it's all fun My Motto, "Have fun and let people relax." If someone gets caught due to one small error on there character thing, I will RP with them and have fun, if they go on a murderous rampage, I will try to RP calming them down. Again, I have tried to RP them out and have fun, let them have fun, and if they get mad I apologize OOC. This is a game afterall, we aren't suppose to hold grudges. Me still doing Crew Transfer has just turned into a meme right now, and I normally do it no matter what, even if i am having fun, cause I like to see if people are having fun or want to leave, it my gauge on if I am doing a good round as an antag/rper.

I take it back. Dragonspare and Moondancer brought up something that has bugged me a bit on the OOC side of things. You are always trying to vote to end the round at the earliest opportunity. When I last asked you about this, you'd said that it's basically because you're bored. While no-one's obligated to be thrilled by every round, this is a pattern of behavior so consistent that people are associating it with you as a player. Instead of just leaving my opinion on a bored person trying to force everyone else to stop playing at 'it builds on nothing is and not fun for others,' I'd like to ask you why you get bored and do it. Do you not feel invested in most rounds? What sort of role are you taking in the stories? What do you expect of the people around you, in regards to your own enjoyment? How are you adding to their experience? Will any of that change when you're a Research Director or Head of Security? If so, why? When I meant I am bored, as in I like starting new rounds, it gives me something to do. Have fun, think of something else to work things in RnD, work for something else in Xenobiology. I talked to a few people and they think I am okay with doing it. It's just something I like to do, It started with me doing it discretly, but then people noticed and starting hating on it.

I understand what you mean, and I am trying to work other areas like Xenoarch and get back into Xenobio to make it so I am still in the round instead of sitting there, or sometimes I do Toxins and Tscience. Being someone in Xenobio, they don't really get much RP with other people being so far away. I understand you response.

Unless he says otherwise, UM is definitely saying that the application should not be denied on OOC behavior concerns. Incog is right in saying that OOC behavior is a factor into the accept/deny decision. It's a very important factor, actually. Oh I read that wrong, Yeah I know OOC plays a role into it.

What I think he is trying to say is OOC actions that affect IC actions like metagrudging is stuff is what he is talking about. I don't know but thats what I think.

You accused me of abusing my friendship with Loow to have your whitelist stripped, you accused me of metagaming with people on a different game, you've thrown numerous hissyfits in both OOC and Discord. Instead of dealing with issues like a reasonable person, you attempted to shift the blame onto me in this thread and Discord, and make yourself out to be the victim. This is not an appropriate attitude, neither IC nor OOC, for a player who wants to be whitelisted for respected roles. Maybe because you shifted a lot of blame on me for when you messed up, I have acted reasonable, and you guys are just filling my app with memes and trying to block out what I am trying to do. I take blame for what happened, and when I apologized to you you ignored me and forgot about it. What says you aren't going to mess me up again when I make a small mistake?

This was about 3 months ago, since then I havn't gotten attacked by slimes in about a month now, and I know how to RnD and Robotics almost to memory now. I don't understand that statement. Maybe you havn't been on in while, or not noticed, but when was the last time I got attacked by slimes?

I have seen this guy around, very good guy to talk to, yet to see his RP since I don't play Security that often anymore. but given how much he has helped me with my app, I think he deserves at +1 from me. Good like Vile!

I do take blame for my whitelist strip, i messed up at parts, i just dont think the strip was needed, but i understand. And i have only reacted aganist chaz, no one else, i have not said anyone ruined my rep but him, dont know where you get that from.

I still feel like a strip was not needed, and am trying to at least get some sort of appeal, and I feel like if they want to give it back If they don't want me to do it again, I wouldn't mind a security ban or something along the lines. And Also, the complaint had nothing to do about me going out in OOC. The strip was before anything, I had no say to defend myself. Alberyk banned me for 3 days because I need to cool down, I accepted it and then relaxed, the complaint was aganist the strip And I will look at the question and change it up. And my mistake was me misreading an Fax wrong, I was never asked by staff that I am messing with somones gimmick and to stop, It kinda was just thrown out there. I was trying to deal with him and the Malf AI, and when it was all happening with Chaz I was in a halted RP cause someone was getting bwionked so I could not have talked to him. I am in no way wanted a complete appeal, I just want another shot at doing it. And the main reason I got mad a tish and Loow was because it took them an entire month to look at my app, which was the main reason I got mad at him.

The heads of staff should be able to stay calm during crisis situations and be able to control the station if needed to. Heads of staff should be able to be trusted by the people and be friendly. They should be supposed to be looked upon but all members of thier department and be someone to ask for new people if they have and questions like how to work toxins so they don't kill everyone. Going to say this countering your first few lines. I never told my team to prevent you from working. I asked one of them to stay and watch to make sure you don't break regulations. And when you were dragged to the brig I was getting bwionked and was in a meeting IC, so we had a lot of logs and I was trying to read of it. I did not know you were getting slagged off becuase I was down and none of my officers were saying anything. I completely understand why you are upset and I did not intend for you to ruined the round. Hey, we all like RP right?

I just want to throw this out there. Me posting another whitelist app won't do anything. I am asking for one more chance to prove that I can do it. That I am not bad at head of staff. If you want to give me a security ban for it, I am fine with that. I just don't to have to throw all my lore and everything again, with everyone not wanting me to be. I want to be able to prove to you guys and the server that I can do it. and that I am capable of it. If that... I understand... but It will take forever now
