QoL Hardsuit/Rig cooler module.

Suggestion is pretty simple I guess? Add a robotics/mining purchaseable module for a rigsuit that can be toggled on to lower the temperature inside a deployed hardsuit to 5 degrees (41F).

This'll act as a huge quality of life upgrade for tajaran miners thats literally always sweaty and miserable 25/8

Another fun addition would perhaps the module could malfunction if exposed to EMP, making it overheat or superchill the suit's inhabitant? I unno.
