The creature rampaged through the station, causing massive amounts of destruction, and several injures, including at least one death. Crisis override and code red had been in effect for some time, and the creature was unable to be stopped. As Head of Security, I realized the severity of this threat, and recommended we call an ERT. The majority of command agreed with this, but the Captain insisted that we try to continue to neutralize the threat ourselves, despite the fact that it was clear ISD was unable to at the time. As a result, myself and the Chief Engineer called the ERT regardless, recognizing that it would be much more beneficial for continued operation of the NSS Aurora II if the creature was not allowed to continue rampaging through the halls. The Captain then stated his intent to arrest myself, in the middle of the code red situation. In the end, ISD neutralized the threat with the assistance of the ERT and crisis-moduled stationbounds. The Captain's inaction, and actions over the course of the shift cost at least one crewmember their life, and thousands of credits in damages. Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: Due to the overall nature of the incident, it was impossible to do so Actions taken: N/A Additional Notes: N/A
