Overview of the Incident: Refused to wear NT-ISD standard uniform, became heavily intoxicated or unstable on duty, leading them to deny being employed as an officer, refused arrest, was detained. When processed their had a large quantity of raw, and rotting meat in their bag, as well as teargas grenades in their cargo pants- while there was no reason need for them, as we were on code green. Overall their conduct was a direct hindrance to effective teamwork, and presented Security in a poor manner.
