Increase damage of all standard tools

Thoughts on making all tools do a reasonable amount of damage, given they're all pieces of metal you can very easily swing around.

I could see this for a wrench. Don't know about screwdrivers. Some of the tools would be very awkward as weapons, but the wrench would be pretty solid as a club.
