Overview of the Incident:

I came across blood in the interview room, and came across a recorder that was still recording. I printed out the transcript (attached below) and it shows the two offenders talking about stun batonning the victim as they were uncooperative during interrogation, along with the detective admitting to dislocating the prisoners arm. I handed the evidence to Jesse Armstrong, that shifts HoS, and helped oversee the offenders suspension.

Actions taken: Suspension of both offending ISD personnel.
Additional Notes: Although the incident was handled during the shift, I believe more severe punishment is required as this was a gross abuse of power that should not be tolerated.

This IR is being binned due to antag involvement. While it is possible that it could have been processed even with antagonists, the antagonist in question attacked several security members and made threats, including Riv Liwei.
