Reason for Appeal:
First of all to clarifiy Things since he is making it out to be like I was on a murderboning rampage. I was a traitor and somewhat later on I met with a robocists and I kidnapped him. I then operated on him in maint, cutting out his Appendix and his legs, which he survived because I took him to medical afterwards. As expected security gets me so I sit in the interrogation room with two officers.They didnt check my stuff so I had a gun on me. My character knew that she couldnt get out so she tried to threaten the officers, which didnt work out. Being desperate my character used the only Thing left for her and opened fire on the officers trying to take one hostage.It didnt turn out as planned and I get captured again with one of the officers suffering lethal injuries while Theo ther survives. I get detained and try to break a window with the mop. They come in Hearing the noises, all which is to be expected. But then the Cadet started pepper spraying me without a single word, he didnt ask me to drop it,nothing. So I call it out LOOC which wasnt the smartest move I agree. I then attack him with the mop since that was literally the only way for me to Escape at that Point. after that I cryod since I figured there was no way to Escape. I then get bwoinked later for some reason and we talked. During that conversation was a 5 minutes lull so I went away for a bit to do stuff during which my game apparently closed (which it does often for some reason) so I reconnect and wait for the round to end(During which I was not contacted). It was not my Intention to dodge the "Investigation" I just went away because I thought it was over since he just asked me About the other guy and figured that I didnt do anything wrong (or bann worthy really).

I did not randomly kill anyone, we had set up. Only Thing that I can see that is a issue is the minor LOOC and perhaps attacking the Cadet with the mop after I was backed into a Corner and constantly peppersprayed

Some necessary clarification: If memory serves, in responding to the bwoink, I got the murder count wrong. As you said, the person you dismembered in maintenance did survive. My bad: multitasking bwoink +  3-4 separate antags is a bit like having half a brain and a concussion.

I had assumed that both of the officers you attacked were dead, since Mens had no pulse and the other one was carted away by medical, never to be heard from again. After I asked Mens' player, they clarified that the other officer also survived, but ghosted.  Hence, at the time, you were guilty of two counts of attempted murder, and one count of actual murder. I believe the rest of the information I provided is factually accurate.

My guess is that the concern is with your conduct after the fact, not necessarily with the number of people you killed. However, since the universe is merciful, I don't handle complaints/appeals, so I'll leave the interpretation for the staff members involved.

You willingly went ahead and attempted to bypass the ban by multikeying. Why should we even consider this appeal?

I did not? What are you talking about. There was a prior incident where I have gotten a timeout and logged in with a different computer but at the time I didn't even know I wasn't allowed to play. (It was given to me after I went away and I didn't log in with that account again to see that I was banned)

You were spoken about multikeying on similar accounts and was told to stick to one. You were re-banned some days ago under the ckey kindnesschan, which coincidentally is linked to all of the following accounts:

• kudochan
• kudoschan
• twotales

Coincidentally, as well, the first-time appearance of kindnesschan in our server was exactly the same day you got banned on your twotales account for 3 days, just on the past November 19th, days before you were permanently banned. Furthermore, after a short investigation on all of these accounts' IPs, they all point to the same user.

Unless someone with more technical knowledge comes by to rebate this, you are not getting unbanned. We might probably consider applying a community-wide ban if you continue to ban-evade, essentially barring you from any future opportunities to appeal or to complain about the staff's member decision.

Yes I have been using different ckeys but if you check it kindness wasn't used to bann evade so that accusation is non sense

You were explicitly told that you could not create more accounts to play on the server, yet you admit to having created this account you attempted to join with after the ban was applied.

How is it non-sense? Despite your objective with it, you joined with an account that belongs to you while you were banned on the other accounts. That's ban-evading. Simple as. You were also told to not join with other accounts and to stick with the Twotales account. You decided to ignore this.

You are not getting unbanned this time, sorry.

Like I said, I didn't at that time know that I was banned which is technically bann evading but I think it should be taken into account that it was unwilling
