Additional remarks: It is documented that Resilynn and I do not care for each other, but this is at the point the staff member is openly insulting a player for how they play their characters. I actively try to avoid playing while I know Resylynn is online, often waiting until dead hour to become active at all in basic terms to avoid issues. Maxwell shown up about six months ago, true, but he only shown up because my other medical character was in no way qualified to fill that role that he was originally intended for, hence a new character was made. I have been playing since 2015-10-12 (Soulthief96 looked it up for me after asking) on various characters. They openly insult me both IC and OOC. I've made IRs in the past about IC stuff and this is not about that. I am getting tired of Resilynn making this server feel like I am not allowed on or welcome to it because of acts like this from someone who is supposed to be held to a higher standard then the run of the mill player with or without whitelists. I am not the only one who feels this way, but I know not the names of the othes CKeys so I cannot say to their information.

You can make a staff complaint against Resylinn, they are considered staff and as such their conduct can be questioned and investigated by other staff members. A few extras apply though since Resylinn is CCIA and not part of the Modmin team. Which means that she cannot and will not handle complaints in any shape or form. She is however free to defend herself as the accused party. Now let's get a bit into the details here, the situation was handled by ReadThisNamePlease. If you do not agree with how the situation handled the staff complaint should be against the staff member who handled it. If the issue is with their conduct as a head of staff whitelist holder, this complaint should be handled by the team responsible for said whitelist and posted in the player complaint, since it does not have much to do with her conduct as a staff member. If the issue is with her representation of the staff position or general conduct OOCly and you want us to investigate into that (that's how I understand this complaint so far) than the category of staff complaint applies. That being said we have a hard rule against posting complaints while the round is still going on. I hope this clears things up a little. If the desire to look into Resylinns behavior OOCly exists and you have images and rounds that we can use to determin whether or not it is acceptable please let us know. The round in question is still going on, so I have not pulled and done a logdive here, but from the pictures it does not seem like our code of conduct was in any way broken.

It is not to do with the current round. I may have gotten the Round ID wrong if it is reading as this one. This is an OOC about the staff and their conduct and how they said what they did. Readthisnameplz did not like how I was conducting IC issues ICly, and that is another matter entirely at this time. This is purely about the logs that i have posted at this time and how CCIA Resilynn was acting in OOC.

I've seen people make new characters just for that role. What does it matter if I've been around 6 months or 4 years either? Actively dismissing the players, and making them feel unwanted makes me feel that this is uncalled for aggression on the part of Resi. It is still not befitting for them to act in a dismissive way like that to someone in chat OOC or on another format. Additionally, I have reason to believe they are using their position as staff to meta information about the round to denote the situations in their favor, but sadly I don't screen capture everything. Activeknockback Posted December 11, 2019 Author Posted December 11, 2019 Some time ago (not too long) before I took a hiatus from Aurora due to issues that were developing in real life, Gonzales was an MD whilst I was CMO. Gonzales was not an antag but was very much disregarding every statement I said, and eventually jumped to the mercs to join them as a captain and left. They acted like they knew the round type the entire time and did not do anything that they were ordered to and was basically waiting for the time the mercs would call ofr someone new to be captain of their team. None of it seemed to add up at the time as to why they acted that way.

Otherwise, during the specific round that this OOC conversation occurred, they never accessed the check-antagonist verb until about two hours into the round. From what I can gather, Resi seems to hold restraint in this regard. I've personally never witnessed it or suspected it either. I'm almost done sifting through the logs.
sonicgotnuked Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 Alright, I finished looking at the logs and I've come to a decision after reading the context with that specific OOC conversation. There is a discussion between multiple players about CMOs and their activities. Like usual, people are all shitposting in a non malicious manner about the topic. People somewhat criticize the character 'Albert' a little. Resi states that your character showed up 6 months ago, from their own personal perspective, and that means they're a baby CMO. Much like how we sometimes refer new players and their characters as 'baby engineers' or something of that sort. This isn't malicious nor does she seem to be specifically targeting. Nor was she the one that brought your character into the conversation. Unless there is evidence that Resi uses their in game privileges (Specific Round IDs, more examples) to meta, I'm going to be locking this complaint in 24 hours. The server does log every instance of AOOC chatter, fax, and check-antagonist that these claims could be reviewed against. Otherwise, I don't really see evidence of malicious attacking or hostilities in question.
