The Hum Broadcasts News; The Bloodathon

The Hum wishes to give all our Dionae listeners a warm greetings, wherever you may be. We wish to bring to you an exciting development within District Eleven - with Rationing Knowledge of Embodied Sanguis alongside us. They wish to announce the commencement of the Bloodathon, a movement directed to acquire blood samples for sale and distribution within the Republic of Biesel.

They wish to have the same success within the Republic that they had within the Solarian Alliance - with their most recent victor for the Bloodathon being Zeng-Hu Pharmaceuticals. Rationing Knowledge of Embodied Sanguis wishes to reveal that there is, in fact, a reward for whichever location acquires the most blood donations - with a large cheque being awarded to a Community/Megacorporation with the option of donating such to struggling communities within the Solarian Alliance and Republic of Biesel.

There are already a few dozen individuals lining up outside the Spire - readying up themselves to donate their blood in the hopes of winning the Bloodathon. Stay tuned for the latest updates, via the extranet or local news terminals. Three cheers to you reader, for more quality news broadcasting in the future.

The Hum wishes to give all our Dionae listeners a warning. Dionae within the ranks of Mendell City’s Police Department has noted an extraordinary increase in ‘bloodnappings’ - in which individuals are kidnapped then forcefully made to donate their blood. The Mendell City Police Commissioner is suspected to speak on the topic in the next few days.

The Spiral is dispatching various gestalts to assist in combating this new crime spree - their presence is expected throughout the various districts within Mendell City. The Spiral hopes this will deter any additional bloodnappings from occurring.

Few gestalts have already been dispatched, trudging along the streets of Mendell City. Stay tuned for the latest updates, via the extranet or local news terminals. Three cheers to you reader, for more qualify news broadcasting in the future.

DOZENS CRITICAL; PROTEST OVER CITIZENSHIP TURNS TO MASSACRE

The Hum wishes to make those tuning in aware of the horrific actions done to our non-violent protest. We watched as violence erupted outside the Biesel Congress Building where hundreds of Dionae had gathered in a show of support of Bill #41-2C.

The bill aims to allow us, being Dionae, to be given Biesel citizenship upon birth within the soil of the planet. It also will let our siblings that are fleeing from turbulent circumstances to apply for asylum. However, we believe that few congressmen wish to support such a bill from being introduced.

We organized a non-violent protest, not only in an attempt to sway those that believe we do not deserve citizenship, but to show that if given the chance to carve our own path on Biesel as we did when we constructed the Eternal Temple, we will not abuse such privileges. It was for nought, as we were attacked by those that used to inhabit the Solarian Alliance - hailing the Dionae as demons that killed their ancestors within the Rueltab System.

Connected to the Blossoms Beyond, Leader of the Eternal Temple within District Eleven, has requested us to convey their sympathies to the gestalts that were harmed in the onslaught. The Solarian use of modified pesticide sprayers capable of dispersing Plant-B-Gone led to the health of over a dozen gestalts to enter a critical state.

Whilst we believe that the situation is now under control, several of our allies within the Mendell Police Department have stated that the vicious attackers will be released with merely a charge of battery. The Hum actively takes a stand against the brutality against the Dionae within Biesel, and will update you as the situation unfolds.

RETALIATION; OUTCRY FOR INCREASED CHARGES TO ASSAULTERS

The Hum amplifies the calling of our injured siblings. We stand in solidarity with our siblings who call for the increase charges of the Solarians that attacked the non-violent protest in support of Bill #41-2C. The deviants were charged only with battery, despite placing dozens of Dionae into critical states, with one withering early this morning due to the inability to recover.

We declare now, the Dionae within the Eternal Temple, will not rest until the Solarians behind the heinous actions have been brought to justice amongst their peers in Court. We plead our case to those tuning in, raise awareness and speak about the injustices wreaked upon our species. Join us in our fight against such actions from occurring.

Again, we will be hosting a protest not only to show support for Bill #41-2C but also to make others aware of our anger and frustration that the Solarian criminals will continue to walk free. We call out to those that stand with us to proclaim your support through the use of wearing a green armband - which will be sold at the Eternal Temple in District 11. The Hum will update you as the situation unfolds, but urge listeners to purchase and wear green armbands.

  JOYOUS ROAR; BILL #41-2C PASSES!

The Hum cries out in joy to announce the passing of Bill #41-2C. The last few updates have made reality increasingly saddening, however, today we wish to bring only good news forth. Whilst some changes to the Bill occurred by a unanimous vote of the Congress, the Bill has laid a foundation for those both aboard and within Tau Ceti.

Dionae grown within sphere of Tau Ceti’s influence will be required to be chipped at birth, however, this will allow for a much quicker, and easier, application of citizenship for those that wish to apply. The Sentience Exam will still be required, but can easily be passed by those that are in fact sentient.

The second part of the Bill refers to the ability of granting asylum to Dionae who are in turbulent circumstances. Whilst there are many legal obstacles, it has become exponentially easier to grant asylum as long as the Dionae are willing to serve within the TCFL for approximately a year; the position of which isn’t important.

The amplified cries of all our allies that don the green armband has been heard! We thank all those who directly, and indirectly, supported the movement. It is one small step for the Dionae but a giant leap in the right direction of equality of all. The Hum will continue to update you as time passes, including that of the charge increase so the Solarian criminals that gassed our siblings.

WARP ACHIEVED; SPEED ACROSS REGION INCREASES

EPSILON URSAE MINORIS - Probing Discoveries of Unknown Investigations has sent a communique via the Communications Relay housed within the Lxzti Station confirming the development of the ‘Czjkan Drive’ - a crude warp drive capable of breaching FTL speeds. Whilst inferior to the bulk of those created by humanity; relations amongst the galactic community haven’t been cordial enough to allow for the transfer of schematics involving more advanced warp drives.

Whilst the ‘Czjkan Drive’ is said to require immense amounts of energy, it is said to double, if not triple, the speed in which the Epsilon Expeditionary Forces can reach the outermost reaches of the developing nation’s sphere of influence and is expected to be capable of reaching Qerrbalak in merely sixteen months - exponentially better than the previous thirty-six months the trip would take. Capable of achieving 0.032 light-years per day, it is considered one of the more faster engines produced by the species.

The construction of a new generation of vessels, known to the greater scientific community as ‘Thok-Class’, will begin test runs on Gnisep 18 Jzki-Wxi, which when transferred to Tau Ceti Standard, is November 14th. The invention of the ‘Czjkan Drive’ is said to bring a time of prosperity, paving new pathways as well as increasing the region’s ability to protect their borders from vile plunderers. Military Overseer, Growing Hunger of Insatiable Greed, has stated that all efforts will go forward to improving the ‘Czjkan Drive’, as well as the weaponry aboard the new Thok-Class Vessels.

Cheers to you reader, and good luck to our siblings in the Epsilon Ursae Minoris System - forging pathways through sheer might!

Omnivirate Announces Political Concerns

The Eternal exists within each and every Dionae. Only through recognising its reach, can one truly begin to ascend.

The Hum reports that the hallowed Omnivirate has announced they plan to adjust their policies relating to interference in stellar politics, citing the egregious handling of Rueltab following the collapse of the Solarian Alliance; forcing many of the Dionae to flee from the site in which they would repay reparations and seek safety across the stars – anywhere that would accept them. Believed to have been spurred following the Omnivirate’s discovery of the overwhelming number of Dionae settling within the Eternal Gardens, and who subsequently criticized their tumultuous journey through contested Solarian space and the losses that came with the crossing to the Omnivirate.

High Overseers Connected to the Blossoms Beyond, Amplified by Probing Discoveries of Unknown Investigators and Rational Knowledge of Embodied Sanguis have temporarily merged with one another to best decide the most promising way forward that would agree with the three perspectives of the schools of thought within the Eternal - using the monicker Hallowed Conglomeration of Divine Interpretation.

The Eternal Temple has gone quiet since the temporary merging of the Omnivirate, who have requested to hold silence whilst they make their decision. Many of those that fled from Rueltab I, being the remnants of the Last Vociferation of the Superlative Consensus, have begun to be allocated space within the Eternal Gardens by Overseers appointed by the Omnivirate – mostly within the influence of the Temple, with even short-term housing being constructed to ensure each and every Dionae that continues to arrive has a place where they will be accepted with open arms.

Omnivirate Sends Out Summons

Essence, Light and Energy. Each is an element in which the Eternal subsists. It is all-encompassing and welcoming.

The Hum is pleased to announce that the blessed Omnivirate has directed the Temple to begin summoning those who fled from Rueltab I to begin making their way to the Eternal Gardens – announcing their intention to take in all those that arrive. Efforts are still underway by appointed Overseers to expand the Temple’s influence within the Eternal Gardens, being allocated funds to purchase additional property not yet owned by the Omnivirate.

The Omnivirate continues to deliberate on its choice for adjusting its policies as a result of contemporary circumstances that the Spur faces but has in the meantime assured officials from the Republic of Biesel that those who make their way to the Eternal Gardens will be provided with occupations relating to the upkeep and maintenance of the district – meaning that many qualify for work visas.

The Eternal Gardens has seen significant overhauling since the decree of the Omnivirate to begin expanding the reach of the Temple. Funds and labour are being poured into the outskirts of the district, with even those of us from the Hum remarking that the inhabitants of the Eternal Gardens have never seen this many Dionae working towards a common goal of uplifting both its brethren from Rueltab and those that reside within the district.

Covenant of Xrim Condemned

Omniscience, Omnipotence, and Omnipresence. The Trifecta of which all Eternal follow, in one way or another.

The Hum has been told by the gracious Omnivirate to make aware to all Dionae its condemnation of the policies instituted by the Covenant of Xrim, and their brutal acts of control against those not holding similar beliefs to the governing body. The Omnivirate has outlined its first step shall be to rectify the religious persecution against Dionae within the Covenant – at least to the extent it currently is.

The Omnivirate has already reported plans to make way to the Covenant, even Amplified by Probing Discoveries of Unknown Investigations who generally ensure themselves out of reach of the so-called “Enlightened”. In an attempt to broker some kind of agreement amongst the Covenant’s governing consensus to relieve the persecution against Dionae not adhering to their policies, they have scheduled to meet with the Triumvirate upon arrival.

It is unknown whether the meeting will be fruitful, but hope for a common ground to be established amongst both the Scorned and the Enlightened – more than merely a unifying faith. With the Omnivirate having already departed and making its way to the Covenant, they expect their efforts within the Eternal Gardens to proceed without obstacle with the assistance of their appointed Overseers.

Omnivirate Lands on Xrim

The Eternal encompasses all. Dionae are its embodiment. The Cycle shall continue.

The Hum has just received news of the magnanimous Omnivirate having arrived to the Covenant of Xrim, commencing their objective within the Wrought Iron Temple – the largest building of faith on the entirety of the planet. Grand Representative Gyul’ra Jux allegedly greeted the religious leaders upon their arrival, citing that the Nralakk Federation would ensure that proceedings would commence without interruptions – even stationing several of their own Tupkala to stand guard within the Temple over the meeting between the Triumvirate and Omnivirate.

Discussions amongst the two groups are still ongoing – with the Grand Representative merely maintaining an uninvolved approach over the proceedings according to information coming from sources present within the Covenant of Xrim. Strangely, the Omnivirate has remained merged throughout its deliberations, and even upon arrival to the Covenant of Xrim, its Argus stature towering over all present. Concerns over the Argus’ health have been uttered by many within the Eternal Gardens, but scholars amongst the Temple have assured that the Omnivirate is being treated with preventative bark treatments.

Discussions Continue; Compromise Not Reached

The Eternal shall greet us with open arms, waiting for its children to rejoin them within Light, Energy and Essence.

The Hum is displeased to announce that the efforts of the bestowed Omnivirate have been mildly unsuccessful within the Covenant of Xrim. Relaying information back to the Eternal Temple confirming that after almost a week of deliberation with the Triumvirate, they have conceded that some policies will fall away – however, not the act of revering the First Consciousness or Glorsh-Omega as it is known among certain communities.

Briefly merging with one another, the Triumvirate and Omnivirate shared their unique experiences and perspectives relating to the persecution of certain Dionae across the Covenant. Though several of the policies remain, the Arch-Consul has introduced the planned overhaul of the Cultivation Council for registered citizens to vote upon, a step in the right direction according to the will of the Omnivirate.

The Omnivirate has given thanks to Grand Representative Gyul’ra Jux for offering assistance in the proceedings and ensuring that those partaking were protected by the Nralakk Federation. Allegedly, Arch-Consul Enlightened into the Truth Known and the Grand Representative proceeded together to Bopdon following the end of the conference in order to discuss the future of the Covenant.

Commences the Tour of the Covenant of Xrim

We are one. One is all.

The Hum, as per the directions of the favoured Omnivirate, is pleased to report the Omnivirate’s commencement of touring the Covenant of Xrim. They have already begun the peregrination in Sanctus, creating quite a stir as thousands arrived to support and rejoice in the Omnivirate’s presence. Tupkala assigned by the Grand Representative Gyul’ra Jux have been reportedly spotted – not really concealing their presence in an effort to deter any attacks on the merciful Heads of Faith.

They are scheduled to visit Beacon, Shz’ah and Bopdon within the upcoming week. Allegedly, the Grand Representative has offered for the Omnivirate to partake in a state banquet between the Triumvirate and the Nralakk Federation – which they readily accepted in an effort to enhance their attempt to lessen the persecution against Dionae within the Covenant.

The extension of the Eternal Temple into the Gardens has continued, Overseers appointed by the Omnivirate reporting that efforts to ensure additional housing have been largely successful; purchasing significant swathes of property owned by Mendell City, private individuals and megacorporations – namely an abandoned office building owned by Zeng-Hu Pharmaceuticals that is being refitted to apartment blocks. Over the last two weeks, a few hundred Dionae from Rueltab I have been welcomed, and given postings to assist in the efforts to uplift the Gardens and expand the Temple.

Omnivirate Attends Banquet

Choices. Choices must be made to sustain an existence. Choices must be deliberate. The Eternal is not wasteful, and neither shall we.

The Hum is pleased to announce that the divine Omnivirate has confirmed they are attending the banquet hosted by Grand Representative Gyul’ra Jux in Bopdon. We are pleased that such brilliant minds shall be able to partake in some festivities – with the ultimate goal of ensuring diplomacy amongst both itself and the Triumvirate of the Covenant of Xrim. Though to Dionae a banquet is nothing more than a place of discussion, without the ability to taste nor to smell, it has been confirmed that the Grand Representative has elected a more unique experience for the Dionae of both the Omnivirate and Triumvirate to enjoy.

Weshi Beshi has been scheduled by the Grand Representative to partake in the banquet, opening the event with Feel My Wake, before continuing with a carefully selected playlist by the Grand Representative’s staff. Additionally, several of the Dionae alongside the Omnivirate have been invited to take part whilst the diplomatic convenings occur. Genetic samples are being provided, according to the Omnivirate, should a Gestalt also wish to experience the true “feeling” of the delicacies offered to Skrellian attendees.

Consensus Reached; Compromises Extended

Last Vociferation of the Superlative Consensus was an awakening within us all.

Following several hours of discussions, the dignified Omnivirate is pleased to report that the Triumvirate of the Covenant of Xrim has conceded on several policies following a privately held meeting between itself and Grand Representative Gyul’ra Jux – particularly, its vigorous standards set by the Cultivation Council. Though for the changes to be effected it must be presented to be voted upon, the Triumvirate has assured the Omnivirate that “attempts will be made to limit the alleged persecution of certain individuals”.

In particular, the Cultivation Council has already begun preparing to phase out its current teachings, claiming that effective from when the legislation has been passed they will begin “accepting qualified genetic samples, with lesser requirements as previously held” which the Omnivirate has praised as being a significant first step – alongside the removal of the self-cultivation ban present within the Covenant, allowing for many Dionae to begin cultivating their own Nymphs without having it be necessary to send to a Cultivation Centre, however, those born outside a centre must be chipped as soon as possible to ensure no unsanctioned splittings and mergings.

The Omnivirate has departed and is en route back to the Eternal Gardens, which has significantly expanded since they set foot on the Covenant of Xrim. Overseers have begun to prepare reports that require their urgent attention and are expected to convene with the Omnivirate as soon as they arrive at the Temple.

Omnivirate Sets Eyes On Other Policies

It is not the end. The Cycle does not end. It is everlasting. Ever continuing.

The noble Omnivirate has confirmed that the Covenant of Xrim was merely one aspect of their deliberations in reaching out to ensure a harmonious existence for Dionae – according to what has been relayed to the Hum. Though they shall maintain a watchful eye over the Covenant, they have also elected to begin setting forth plans to extend their influence within the Co-operative Territories of Epsilon Ursae Minoris, Primitive Sirens of Mictlan and those within the Narrows.

Following their arrival back to the Eternal Gardens, the Omnivirate reverted back to the three Argus as they were before – ending the temporary existence of Hallowed Conglomeration of Divine Interpretation, a name chosen to represent all that the Omnivirate has experienced and wishes to stand for.

Grand Assembly Tables Discussion on Union Expansion

Hieroaethera. Home to billions of Dionae. The first of its kind, but surely not the last.

The Grand Assembly of the Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria has announced that delegates from the Union of Gla’orr have pushed for an urgent meeting concerning the beginning of their off-world ventures. Set to be discussed in the upcoming days, before finally being voted upon at the end of the week, it primarily concerns the Union of Gla’orr carving a piece of the interstellar pie for themselves – Bellstep IVa. Though a name has not yet been decided upon for the potential colony, the Union is adamant that the Grand Assembly will see to reason and agree on their proposal.

Bellstep IVa orbits Bellstep – a gas giant that is rich in both hydrogen and helium-3; with the hopes that it will allow for self-sufficiency for the Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria, in which they can ensure the member-states need not rely on external actors to ensure independence both within Titan's Rapture and its greater territory. The Union of Gla’orr has expressed no desire in their proposal that indicates any wishes to terraform the moon, instead using its barren status to solely increase the industrial output of the Union.

Colonisation is Greenlit by the Assembly

Titan's Rapture is the largest system in the entirety of the Orion Spur, hosting eight different stars, each within a delicate dance with one another.

The Grand Assembly of the Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria is pleased to announce after several days of discussion, the approval of the Union of Gla’orr’s proposal regarding the colonisation of Bellstep IVa – with the latter confirming the intended name being “Wrath’s Anvil” as opposed to its existing name. An extract of the final touches to the proposal can be found below:

Quote

In the middle of the rather awe-inspiring room is a large, round table made of marble. Around it sit the figureheads for the member-states of the Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria – there are five of them, with only the Eternal Republic of the Ekane hosting more than one due to the political nature of the faction. They are locked in fervent discussions, entirely in Rootsong. It has been translated for non-Dionae to be able to comprehend.

Chairman Embodiment of Tranquil Stewardship: It is to our understanding, that you’re attempting to essentially restrict the access of these resources to only nations present on Hieroaetheria?

Paragon Carver of Order for a Unified Future: That is correct. We will exploit the bountiful resources available on Wrath’s Anvil – such resources will not be used by extraterrestrial troupers masquerading as Hieroaetheria’s supposed benefactors. If the Grand Assembly comes to such an agreement, we will enforce this measure strictly, even if it means cutting off diplomacy with the Consortium.

Paragon Carver of Order for a Unified Future: Is that clear to all parties?

The Dionae around the table all nod in agreement, despite several advisors to the Chairman of the Consortium attempting to speak to them. They are quickly ushered away by the Chairman, shaking their head as they return their focus to the Grand Assembly’s discussions.

Ecclesiarch Sanctified Seeker of Holy Communion: The Eternal has blessed us with such divine assistance throughout Titan's Rapture. It would be a disservice to its choice of Dionae as its harbingers to allow such resources to be exploited for the whims of the faithless. We agree with the Union of Gla’orr, it must only be used to the advantage of the Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria, not for the abhorrent heretics.

The Chairman of the Consortium waits a moment, watching as the rest of the Assembly votes on the proposal. After a few brief moments of silence, they make their own vote – before announcing to the greater Assembly…

Chairman Embodiment of Tranquil Stewardship: We see the necessity for such limitations placed by the Union of Gla’orr, and despite our own alignment being against such limitations, the Consortium does not see it necessary to restrict other nations of Hieroaetheria from enjoying the fruit offered by off-world colonies – therefore, the Grand Assembly, for the first time in its history, has unanimously agreed on the proposal of colonisation of Wrath’s Anvil – may it be the answer to the problems. This vote has now been concluded.

The Union of Gla’orr has announced it shall begin preparations for the colonisation of Wrath’s Anvil, and is expected to host delegates with the Commonwealth Naval Authority and the Consortium to ensure the efficiency of its colonisation. Paragon Carver of Order for a Unified Future has announced that the final details shall be unveiled towards the end of the month. For now, many within the Union of Gla’orr rejoice, as well as others within the greater Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria and soon it shall be revolutionised – the Consortium no longer being the sole interstellar actor from Hieroaetheria.

Commonwealth Naval Authority Instructed; Consortium leases Space Station to Union.

The Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria is a yet unknown force within interstellar politics. It has not yet made any open alignment to any one idea, and the fractioning of politics across Hieroaetheria makes it difficult to predict any of its choices.

The Union of Gla’orr, after consulting with the Grand Assembly of the Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria, has confirmed that the Commonwealth Naval Authority shall assist in gathering additional information concerning Wrath’s Anvil – furthermore, they shall be performing various tasks to assist in best determining the first Unitary outpost on the moon. Vice-Admiral Where Cataclysmic Energy Transverses into Celestial Life has confirmed that it has dispatched several units to conduct analysis for the Union of Gla’orrs selected colony sites on the moon, and will soon have results.

Delegates from both the Consortium and the Union have also been collaborating in the passing days, in which through an agreement for greater resources harvested by Wrath’s Anvil, they have leased the Collis Space Station to the Union of Gla’orr so they may begin constructing a colonisation vessel for the intended settlement of Wrath’s Anvil. The Eternal Republic of the Ekane has offered verbal support to the Union of Gla’orr, but so far as yet has not offered anything more substantial to assist in the colonisation effort.

The Commonwealth Naval Authority Lands on Wrath’s Anvil

Titan's Rapture. History yet to be told. It is an enigma across the entire Spur.

Vice-Admiral Where Cataclysmic Energy Transverses into Celestial Life conferred with the Grand Assembly of the Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria, confirming that the surveying teams have undertaken enough information as requested by the Union of Gla’orr in potential colony sites. They have been classified as the following:

Site Alto rests deep within the sprawling canyons of Wrath’s Anvil. Though it offers immediate and unfettered access to resources underground, it is notably more difficult to develop a robust docking site for transporting such minerals – it would be necessary for the construction of a split outpost – one atop the messa, and one clutching the walls of the crevice. The Commonwealth Naval Authority struggled significantly with both landing and eventually departing from Site Alpha, however, the minerals offered would add to the growing Hieroaetherian economy rather significantly.

Site Baritone sits within the northern pole of Wrath’s Anvil – notable, the only location with an abundance of frozen water across the moon. However, it is considerably far from any easily accessible minerals that will propel the development of the colony, but also the Union’s place in the Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria. The presence of the frozen water would, however, be advantageous in commencing terraforming operations in the future, at least earlier than expected by the Union of Gla’orr.

Site Contralto is expected to be the most “neutral” area. It is within a rather deep crater, which gives easy access to – though notably less than Site Alpha – minerals to enhance the industrial profile of the moon. Furthermore, it is considerably easier to both land and depart, and would be a good location for constructing advanced facilities for harvesting both Hydrogen and Helium-3 from Bellstep IV.

The Union of Gla’orr is still seeking to decide on what location to select when commencing the colonisation of Wrath’s Anvil; with a decision hopefully being reached within the next few weeks. Dozens of Dionae across Hieroaetheria have begun to voice support for the colonisation project: the Union of Gla’orr shall seek to add to the Commonwealth by commencing its own space race.

Colonisation Site has been Selected

The incursions from the Solarian Restoration Front were alarming to many. It created an existential fear that had been left dormant since contact with the Skrell.

The Union of Gla’orr has announced, with the assistance of the Commonwealth Naval Authority, the selected site for Wrath’s Anvil's first colony – Cyclops Reach. Site Alto has been selected.

Quote

Site Alto rests deep within the sprawling canyons of Wrath’s Anvil. Though it offers immediate and unfettered access to resources underground, it is notably more difficult to develop a robust docking site for transporting such minerals – it would be necessary for the construction of a split outpost – one atop the messa, and one clutching the walls of the crevice. The Commonwealth Naval Authority struggled significantly with both landing and eventually departing from Site Alpha, however, the minerals offered would add to the growing Hieroaetherian economy rather significantly.

The construction of the colonisation vessel has gone swimmingly, according to the Union of Gla’orr. Using expertise from the Consortium, and additional assistance from the Commonwealth Naval Authority, it is expected that initial pioneers will be able to touchdown on the planet in the very near future – constructed purely and solely for the Union of Gla’orr.

Construction of the Fleeting Whirlwinds Completed

It is not for Hieroaetheria to dictate the Commonwealth’s desires, but the desires of the Commonwealth that dictate Hieroaetheria.

Paragon Carver of Order for a United Future, alongside the Exarchs, has announced that the Fleeting Whirlwinds has been completed – the colonisation vessel that shall venture forth from the orbit of Hieroaetheria and allow for the colonisation of Wrath’s Anvil. Though smaller than those boasted by the Consortium, it has been considered sufficient enough to commence the colony – with similar type vessels expected to be completed in the future to increase the population.

In contrast to the other vessels used by the Commonwealth Naval Authority, the Fleeting Whirlwinds is its own modified “Bulker” and can carry up to ten thousand Nymphs – or as per the colonisation schedule for Wrath’s Anvil – 1500 Cyclops’. Dionae have been handpicked by the Union of Gla’orr to partake in the colonisation, those closest to spreading Nymph Pods considered priority to assist in developing the colony further.

The Commonwealth Naval Authority has agreed, for the time being, to help ferry necessary supplies between Hieroaetheria and Wrath’s Anvil until the Union of Gla’orr has developed a sufficient supply route between itself and its colony. It is unsure how long this may be sustained, but the Grand Assembly has agreed to do so for the sake of ensuring efficient colonisation of the moon.

Cyclops’ Reach Established

For too long the Consortium has been the one taking the fruits from its colonies, now, Hieroaetheria has two interstellar actors, and the tensions grow higher.

Wrath’s Anvil has formally been recognised as a member state of the Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria, but specifically, a successful enterprise undertaken by the Union of Gla’orr in expanding its own influence. As per the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria, the colony has been given semi-autonomy with a political structure very similar to the Union’s own.

Wrath’s Anvil shall operate beneath a Paladin, in service to the colonial mandate set by the Union of Gla’orr, who has yet to be appointed. Allegedly, discussions are being undertaken by the Paragon and their Exarchs in such an appointment – with details soon to follow as to which Dionae may possibly become a new political influence in the wider Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria.

Paladin Appointments Announced

The Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria operates for the common good of the entirety of Titan's Rapture and its colonies. No one is left out.

The Unitary of Communications, Information and Technology has officially been given the appointment as overseeing the colonial affairs of the Union of Gla’orr, in which they have gathered a list of possible Paladins in which the Paragon and Exarchs are debating whom to appoint. Provided by the Unitary, they are as follows:

Spoiler

Watcher of the Birth of a New Order

Having been in the Sentry Guards for well over a century, Watcher of the Birth of a New Order was not yet unified when the Union of Gla’orr was created, having only been disgorged days prior. They never knew the threats against Dionae in the time before its independence, and have only ever enjoyed the luxuries brought by the nation’s own choices. Operating as a Tyrannical Tune mindtype, they have advocated for a strictly regulated Wrath’s Anvil – claiming it shall not only comply with its colonial mandate but ensure that those on the moon are loyal to the Union of Gla’orr.

Spoiler

Forlorn by the Loss of Unity

Having not only survived for a century prior to the establishment of the Union of Gla’orr but also the transition to what it is currently. Though not overtly politically involved within the Union of Gla’orr, they have been necessary to diplomatic relations between itself and the Consortium – working alongside the Unitary of Economy and Infrastructure to not only create but develop healthy economic relationships with the other member-states of the Commonwealth of Hieroaetheria. They, unfortunately, suffered significant loss during a visit to the Covenant of Xrim, having been attacked by the Solarian Restoration Front – losing three nymphs, each considered an “irreplaceable part” of themselves. They are among the contentious possible appointees, claiming that although Wrath’s Anvil shall be part of the Union of Gla’orr, it must also develop itself to be semi-independent.

Spoiler

Divided by the Great Existential Thoughts of the Ancestors

Considered the youngest of all the possible appointees, they have only ever known the freedom given by the Union of Gla’orr in ensuring their way of life shall continue unimpeded. They have been liaisons with the Grand Assembly for the majority of the Union’s existence as a member-state. They have been fierce in protecting the ideals of the Union to the rest of the Commonwealth, but also notable conceding where necessary to the other representatives for the benefit of the entirety of the Commonwealth. They have maintained if selected, they shall ensure the foundation of the Union of Gla’orr is brought across to Wrath’s Anvil, but ultimately it must grow in its own direction as the Union once did with the Consortium.
