Chanterelle Posted September 19, 2020 Posted September 19, 2020 I would like to suggest that incident reports, depending on the degree of incident, have a time frame. Like in most companies, you have usually 3-6 months for a strike against you to fall off your record. So lesser incidents would fall off after 3 weeks of time elapsed since the incident, where as something more severe would possibly stay on the character's record from upwards of 6 months to a whole year. Maybe after the time has elapsed, an option to review it with a staff member or flat out delete it will become available?
