How Long Incident Reports Stay On File

I would like to suggest that incident reports, depending on the degree of incident, have a time frame. Like in most companies, you have usually 3-6 months for a strike against you to fall off your record. So lesser incidents would fall off after 3 weeks of time elapsed since the incident, where as something more severe would possibly stay on the character's record from upwards of 6 months to a whole year. Maybe after the time has elapsed, an option to review it with a staff member or flat out delete it will become available?

3 weeks is too forgiving of a baseline. I'd say three months is the floor, one year is the ceiling.

By incident reports, do you mean the actions applied due to ccia or do you mean the security incidents that are created when someone is charged via the sentencing console
