Time of Incident: No specific time can be provided.Real Time: 2:00 AM, 27/11/2020 UTC+1Location of Incident: No precise location.Nature of Incident: [ ] - Workplace Hazard [ ] - Accident/Injury [ ] - Destruction of Property [ X ] - Neglect of Duty [ ] - Harassment [ ] - Assault [ X ] - Misconduct [ ] - Other Overview of the Incident: Head of Security Marc Price is directly responsible for either gross negligence or intentionally letting a captured 35th Team Leader go. The events start on the 27th when the SCC brought a bomb of some kind to the station, for which the crew had to provide the materials for the assembly. Marines from the 35th attack the station about an hour and ten minutes after the start of the shift. Both SCC agents on board and four of the marines are wiped out. One of the marines is left, the team leader, who is captured shortly thereafer. It's important to note here that the chain of custody last placed them with Price and Locke and that the marine was searched beforehand, leaving them with no tools to possibly escape. They never made it to the Odin and went missing after with no report from Price and Locke, which logically leaves two conclusions; either Price and Locke intentionally let the marine go or blatant negligence on their hand won the day. This incident has severely shaken the security department's confidence in the command team due to how fast and far it has spread, with various officers being afraid of retribution if they were to speak up. It's simply not acceptable to let this go without a more professional investigation being conducted. The risks of having a Solarian sympathizer who has acted in favor of the rogue thirtyfifth fleet are simply too big to ignore. A motive can be estabilished easily. Price, being an Earther, has previously existing ties to the Alliance. Additionally, Price has shown public resentment regarding the SCC's usage of the bomb, to which the people I've presented can testify to, in addition to showing resentment towards the Aurora's contribution to the Republic's war effort.Submitted Evidence: The situation makes it nearly impossible to get photographic evidence. However, the testimonies and motives are overwhelming, and I have a convenient whiteboard with all the testimonies I've obtained so far.Did you report it to a Head of Staff or a superior? If so, who? If not, why?: It was taken to me about two days after the fact.Actions taken: None, currently.Additional Notes: None.
