Ashtrays are full

Ashtrays can be empty, half filled and full. But what's the problem with that? Well, you cannot empty them. When an ashtray is full, you can effectively only throw it away. Something that is a bit strange, don't you think? There should be a way to empty them, please.

A way to empty them that isn't chucking them at windows would be nice.

Okay, I'm making a PR to fulfill this. There will be four ways to empty it, one of which already exists:

1. Throw at something to spill its contents.
2. Use in your hand to dump it on the floor.
3. Use it on a disposal unit to dump its contents in. (If on harm intent, you'll disposal the ashtray instead.)
4. Destroy/shatter the ashtray.

Also, the PR does some other QoL things for ashtrays.
