trick of the trade
I would enjoy if the world in aurora would have some minor world building persistence between each round, a misplaced tool here, a shotgun shell there that sort of stuff done by players. I know coding is hard and I am no position to ask grand changes like the world littrly retains the map between each round, not to mention how impossible it is in a multiplayer setting, but a few tiny things might be nice. I made D&D campaings where time and movement doesnt stop or reset, every action is permenment and changes the world in some way and for me a roleplay game that doesnt have it lets me feel it lacks something, I might be the only one like this, please say your opinion aswell. Have a fun time, Trick. Link to comment
Kryostro
Considering most of the rounds are antagonist rounds and thus considered non-canon, this isn't necessarily a bad idea, but it won't work for continuity. Persistence and World server have already done similar and beyond, so this is an idea that can be performed, yeah, but it won't work for the current state of Aurora. Link to comment
Desven
I would like persistence in the library, like other servers. The exhibited art or the museum corner being consistent. Link to comment
trick of the trade
@kryostro , why won't it work for aurora? @desven , art would be cool, I hope that will be seriosly considered if item persistence is not something thats needed right now. Link to comment
