Past Experiences/Knowledge: normally just screw around in asesprite.

Examples of Past Work: I'm kind of new at this, most of the stuff I make is just in my free time and I don't save much of it unless I like it, so  I mean.. I have a purple clown if you wanna see that lol

Additional Comments: last year I tried getting into coding but I wasn't very good, so if someone is up to teach me some of the basics I'm up to doing that too.

First of all, great you apply, second what I say means nothing because I am not a spriter myself, but, I recommend contributing to github before making a spriter application, if you dont have work to show off. It's probably hard to judge the quality of your work if you can't show something off. So I recommend either doing some stuff and posting it here or working on the github and making new sprites for whatever you want and be a contributer to the github first. 

Still, great that you apply and want to help out.

Okie dokie, ill work on some example projects soon, i guess ill start making osme example spells a wizard could use cause that could be cool i guess, maybe an animal or something as well

We generally require a person to be reasonable active on our GitHub repo before we extend a staff position to them.
Given the nature of GitHub, you do not need to be a staff member to contribute, as everyone is free to create a pull request with the changes that they want to make.
I recommend to check out #code_dungeon on our public discord if you need help with GitHub/git (The people there are generally helpful).
