Item Name: Techno-Conglomerate CR dress

Item Function(s): It is a uniform, very similar in design to other CR wear, but with the added capability of glowing brighter or duller on the chest based on the wearer's emotional intensity (to be selected via a radial menu, similar to the Elyran holoclothes).

Item Description: A sky blue-colored comfort-and-relaxation dress designed for off-worlders. This one is made to Techno-Conglomerate specifications, with sensors outlined across the ribcage that grow brighter or duller based on the wearer's emotional intensity.

Why is your character bringing this item to work?: Yanna would like to better express her culture, one not often talked about or seen, to the world around her. Because she wears a starveil, which partially blocks the face, it also helps her express her mood better to people.

How did your character obtain this item?: It is common wear aboard her ship of birth, the TCS Effigy. It combines standard offworlder CR wear with technology, something the Techno-Conglomerate prides itself on quite heavily.

What value does this item have to your character, and what story does it tell?: Yanna is proud of her origin as a TC (what I like to call people from the Techno-Conglomerate for short), and not only does this show her nationality as such, but it also shows her origin as an off-worlder, born and raised. It will gain curiosity from people who see the sensors and allow her to explain more about her history with the Techno-Conglomerate.

Sprites:   (the .dmi is already made, pending any changes that need to be made code-wise. My current idea is to have the sensor part as an overlay.)

Additional Comments: I acknowledge that this could potentially be a loadout item for the Techno-Conglomerate and wouldn't mind making it such with approval; however, given there is no precedent for it in lore, and I like to think it an item specific to Yanna's ship (that may have some popularity in some of the ships around it), I thought it would be more appropriate to make it a custom item instead. Feel free to let me know if you think a loadout item would be better (or not having it at all).

I have also already done a portion of the code required for this to work, and will be finishing it pending when and if the item is approved.

some mad drip, not sure on the emotional thing but I like the idea of it beeing toggleable by the user

Kinda like some of the Vaurca emotion facemasks, the tech deffo exists in universe so this sounds just about right.
