Notes: The Positronic Unit designated "AGI" has an infraction list that runs several pages long on a standard terminal. Most of the charges are for assaulting other synthetics and sapient beings, but also include charges such as "Grand Theft" and "Suspected Murder". This unit has a threat designation of "Low" which I consider to be extremely low, considering the unit has a watch order on it. In addition, while its official handler is listed, the owner of the unit is listed as "Private", which is another concern I have regarding this unit.

In plain writing, I would usually never question the administrative capabilities of the SCC and its associated members, but in this case I must strenuously object to this subpar hire aboard the ship. I believe their red portfolio speaks for itself in this matter.
