Allow us to see what equipment our jobs spawn with, and choose what we actually want to spawn with

I always end up throwing out half of my roundstart clothes anyways. I think a lot of other people do too. It'd be nice if character creation listed what we're going to get, and allowed us to pick and choose what we'd like to leave behind.

This sounds complex, but the one thing I want to stop starting with is that damned black jumpsuit. I've never seen ANYONE who starts with loadout uniform slot apparel choose to wear it. The events on the Orchard Moon and Cruise Ship were highlighted by each having some table people dumped dozens of those fucking jumpsuits on.
