- Part 1: The story in my pov - 
Hey there, I'm reaching out through the forums because there are some issues during the round about a warning which given me by the admin "melariara," which I believe was unjust. The story was, I was antag MERC with others, and we gathered together and agreed our plot/gimmick. Our group was meant to consist of two researchers(Tessila Maribold, Vaughn Pavlov)  and two bodyguards.(Delta-5 and Jodie(me)). Our plan was to assist researchers, Tessila Maribold and . At the start of the round, we roamed around the station, chat with folks and having some enjoyable moments. After some time, the Hephaestus researcher, Tessila Maribold, that I was serving tried to enter the AI CORE room after some effort. I helped them, but we couldn't find anything. It was going just like the researchers planned. Then, they asked me about my equipment, and I showed them my bag. They said, 'Let's get you proper equipment(or something like that),' even though I already had a ton of equipment, weapons, and magazines on me. Of course I confused, I followed them to the crew armory area. After some time, we entered the armory, she opened the doors while I was just observing and they used an "cryptonic sequencer" to unlock all the lockers and started getting some pistols and ammos for themselves. What I didn't understand was why they didn't ask me if they needed a weapon, as I already had a pistol with me. Anyway, I asked why we were here, but I didn't get an answer. They then took a weapon, and I asked, 'Should I take one too?' Since I didn't get a clear answer, I got one laser rifle, carrying in my hands all the time since  I had no place to put it, and my bag was already full. We wandered around for a while, and people saw me with a laser rifle, naturally assuming someone had checked the crew armory area. After some time passed, we went to the first floor to join the other rest of our team. Due to the security presence at the scene, my partner (researcher) said 'Put your weapon away.' I put it in a locker. Later, a security officer told me I had been seen with a laser weapon and that it had been stolen from the crew armory after we join the rest of our team. I defused the situation by explaining that there was an incident happening, and they searched my bag and let me go. After that, a conflict erupted among the antags as planned. Later on, I followed Vaughn Pavlov because they injured, went to the medical. When news arrived that Tesilla Maribold had been handcuffed and arrested, also they were screaming for help on the radio.. At first, I couldn't find them, which wasted my time. However, when I saw them in front of the Intrepid and heard the security guards claim that they had been attacked with a poison bomb by Tessila Maribold, I had to take action. I had to rescue the researcher because of the situation. (If you ask how I knew the bomb was real, I distributed all the collegues' bombs to them at the beginning of the game.) Of course, I couldn't handle so many officer on my own, so I lured the security guards after me. The firefight moved to the BAR area. I tried to take someone as a hostage and succeeded, planning to exchange them for the researcher, Tessila Maribold. We went to the third floor, and as I was trying to talk, my character got knocked down. The person I was holding escaped, and I returned to the space ship to regroup. Later, the other bodyguard came and blamed me for ruining everything. I tried to explain the situation, but while I was doing so, they attempted to have me arrested by the security officers, even talking my arresting over the radio . A security officer arrived, also more laterly and they started to cooperating against me.. I pulled my gun just as they also did before me.. A fight happened, (2 vs 1). The rest of the officers couldn't get in I suppose, I couldn't see it. When I realized more would come through me, I quickly went to the control room and moved our space ship back to the starting location. I won the fight, and later I started to talking with the admin "melariara," .This is where the problem and the warning occured. 

-Part 2: The Warning - 

Even if preparations are made from AOOC before the RP, we can never accurately predict the exact outcome or direction of a story or narrative, no matter what is discussed we can only try to go that way. I would like to remind you that the person who likely betrayed me and would have potentially condemned my character to execution or life sentence, which is likely. I had no other option but to leave the Horizon. They were already using lethal weapons against me, and besides, I explained to they the reasons for my escape..Even if I had escaped from there, the story continues, and people are still role-playing. I accept that I violated a rule. However, I didn't see any other option against the security personnel who were using lethal force against me, especially considering the situation with my friend who had betrayed me. If I had a spare moment or a few minutes to reach the admins, I would have already done that. My intention wasn't to ruin people's roles or selfishly play the game. Even upon returning, I don't gain anything personally. It is end of the round for me. Furthermore, when I checked my last logs, it was Dessysalta who asked permission to steal MERC ship, was not me. But they have accused me with  "stole the merc shuttle despite being told by their fellow antags in AOOC to not do it" in our talk. They pretended as I asked it earlier even though wasn't me and stole it even if they said no, but I wasn't aware of it even asked because in that very moment I was engaging with security to helping Tessila Maribold who asked help on our frequency.

- During the RP, I was not the one trying to enter the crew armory, directing others, or attempting to take items from there at first. It was the researcher, Tessila Maribold who opened the doors yet wanted a gun.. I didn't even need any items myself, and I didn't use what I took even left it.

- They mentioned that I was 'argumentative,' but I don't believe I used inappropriate language. While responding to they, they were  pressuring me, afterly I asked they to finish my words, so they allowed me kindly to finish.

- So, the last one I want to mention, all of my antag collegues were Delta 5, Tessila Maribold, Vaughn Pavlov, if I include myself, my IC nick was Jodie Murphy. The admin mentioned that I killed two of my collegues but I am totally sure I did not. I was engaging with Delta-5 who is the other bodyguard with a security officer (James Rhodite), yet I wasn't even know where is researcher Vaughn Pavlov, my radio was off some time due to the miss throwing an EMP in AI CORE. Even a while before the things happened, I had given my radio to Delta-5 and Tesilla Maribold to fix it earlier for me, as I had no idea how to do it.

 

Evidence/logs/etc:  I do have chatlog but it's only showing some part like 3/1 which attached as a file.

Additional remarks:  I would also like to mention that when I took the ship, the round was already close to ending and if I'm not mistaken, we hadn't accomplished much up until that point. So, I don't believe that it had a significant impact on any of us. However, I must admit that this was still a wrong move. Also, happy to answer your questions.

Hi, I was the person who ahelped this, so I figure I'll clarify my perspective on things. I was playing the leader of the Heph team, and my experience with the events was: 

1. We arrive on the Horizon to look around and try and get some leads on the ninjas, one of whom is our rogue synthetic. Eventually the ninjas take the XO hostage, and I tell the team to assist in recovering the synthetic.

2. Sec gets them to let the hostage go but seems intent on giving the ninjas a ride off the ship. Myself and Delta-5 intercept them, and get to talking with sec about how the IPC is stolen Heph property. This is around when I start hearing about the crew armory being robbed, and what I hear ICly is that it was Jodie. Based on the logs it does sound like the person playing the researcher might have been more to blame, but I didn't know that at the time, which is why I mentioned Jodie in the ticket. Eventually, I give the order to recover the IPC, and a fight broke out which led to the two ninjas escaping, and my being shot. I go to medical and get into surgery.

3. When I wake up, what I hear is that the rest of my team has started a gunfight with security, and that Jodie has taken a hostage. Being not fully aware of the facts and to be honest, pretty tired and frustrated with how the round was going, I made the ahelp about how some of my team seemed to have just been fucking with the Horizon in a way that didn't really mesh with the gimmick we were doing at all. I did mention to Melararia that we decided that taking the merc ship away was a bad idea, as it would basically end the possibility of any further interaction.

So, that's my perspective on the events of the round and why I ahelped.

Hello again. The warning given to me directly by you and your side mention of me being 'argumentative' during our conversation. Yet, indirectly it also covering you because you have added it to my warning. Because the only objection, the one I mention above and agreed upon, aside, these are all the complaints which I wrote on my first post. I have explained each different point of the warning in my first post. This complaint answering both of your questions. Because you directly accused me of selfishness by saying 'you are not the only one playing the game.' It would be more accurate to consider this both as a complaint against you and an objection to the warning you issued.

Locking and Archiving. 

We were going to rule in favor of @Melariara and the warning, but due to the 'plaintiff' being banned... this is not really necessary.
