And I think everyone else in this thread has also agreed that there would need to be in-lore development for Sol Consulars to come back, not just introducing them as is. And that right there is precisely what I'm opposed to, lore developments that water down Sol and end hostilities. The status quo of relations are a breath of fresh air when every other antagonistic faction can be easily discarded. If there was ever some kind of representative I'd rather see it from a non-governing faction within Sol (list any number of non-core world planets), rather than Sol proper. 1 Link to comment

So what exactly is your issue with this, now? Because I'm a bit confused. Earlier, you said that Sol couldn't really have a consular onboard because they're a "hostile Junta", but you say that lore developments away from that, would make Sol not a hostile power anymore? Again, can a Sol that isn't a Junta anymore, not be hostile to the other factionsĀ andĀ have reps onboard at the same time? Why not? Do you just want to keep the "Grrr evil" faction with their developments being more rogue admirals? I really just don't get your position here, and I want to understand. Link to comment
Triogenix
The lore team already has plans in place to address the current lack sol consulars, but due to the nature of these plans I can't discuss specifics without massive spoilers. Therefore, while I understand the reasoning behind this suggestion, and recognize that there is no way people could have known what was being planned in private, I see nothing more to be gained by keeping it up; for all intents and purposes, it has been accepted for some time. 5 Link to comment

You seem to completely misinterpret my words, willfully or otherwise, given the only time I have used the words ājuntaā have been in relation to the DPRA. Solās stance has not meaningfully changed whatsoever on the SCC since KotW. If theyāre āgrr evilā to you then Iām afraid you also havenāt been reading what Iāve said on them in half of my posts given theyāre only faction antagonistic to the SCC that bears a strong degree of moral ambiguity, and in many cases them being correct, given the SCC isnāt some idyllic utopian faction where all thrive under fair treatment. 1 Link to comment
