And I did.

I did just that after the blood orgy.

Then, someone decided to observe a cult round and write cultist names and locations in blood.

Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on you.

Was that reported? To us? Becase we are all going nuts not knowing about said incident.

I was told that it was.

Susan just confirmed that it was reported.

admins said that's okay, so long as the cult kills you

1) Please name the admins that said that.

2) The cult didn't kill you, though. You were observing from the start. And doing your anti-antag spiel in deadchat. And calling crew transfers on the dot as soon as you could.

3) When I ahelped this issue, I was met with... josh, I think? A trialmod saying they were very stressed about handling the round and if I could just wait a little. At some point they indicated that you had been 'talked to', so there must be some kind of 'admin' that recalls this.

4) I am doing what I can to recover the logs from that round. It was the cult round of 25th April, around 5am-ish English time.

5) The blood writing literally said 'Roy Wyatt is summoning' and 'Atmospherics'. And you wrote it again even after Luna Tsuki the janitor wiped it away.

I didn't say they did. I said that's what the admin said. And when he made that distinction, he instructed me to stop, and so I did.

I'm pretty sure it was Josh.

Now i expect all you gents to leave this thread to calmly float into the depths of the void.

What morals could this hold?

On the topic of "ranting" threads, thos should be avoided. It is fine if you want to discuss your problems with the server, community, staff but do it in a quasi-professional manner. Don't just point fingers, offer ideas on how to improve. Don't just expect, add something to it, and not to the fire.

In case such thread in the future arise, i expect all of you to behave like that. Post a report, with details, or rather, contact us directly to avoid fights.

On the topic of incidents not being handled/ handled in the wrong manner by staff.

As already stated we are very much aware of our errors as staff and we are doing everything we can to improve.

I suppose Viking is right.

To everyone I addressed in argument, here and in the 10 page thread, I'm sorry if my responses were overly aggressive or mean. I'm not going to make an excuse for that.

So to Cassie, Crescentise, Inverted, Chaz, and so on, I'm sorry for being confrontational. While we don't agree on many things, I shouldn't have been so quick on the trigger.

Alrighty.

The logs associated with the incident: http://puu.sh/hIkt8/10c8734c62.txt

Namely, these are all logs where Susan's ckey is in use. Lines 7665, 7793, 7813, 7837 are the conversation between Susan and a Trial Moderator, Ryfer, assigned to manage the incident (due to a lack of other staff active, with Josh being occupied in real life).

This is basically the violation of the rules against metagaming and powergaming, a very severe violation at that, conducted by a senior member of the community. More distressing is the fact that this is literal proof of a mentality which appears to hold a grudge against antagonists. This is something we cannot allow, specially if it is a grudge acted out upon, as the above case proves. Susan has already been warned to tone down her attitude on the forums, and ingame, so the following point will be escalation of that.

Furthermore, in the past, a few singular bans have been handed out for conduct which is lacking in sportsmanship and respect towards antagonists. that is effectively the same as showing a lack of respect towards any player, and their game. As such, Susan will be banned from the server for 7 days, and if this attitude continues to manifest itself, a further ban will be permanent.

-snip-

So just to clarify, Sue is getting a tempban because she essentially wrote blood messages out of bad will with the intent to get antags caught, so that the round would end?

In short summary, yes. A mentality which goes against the requirement to respect other players, and the fact that antagonists are a necessity on our server.

Will this affect the aforementioned players position in as writer?

To be determined by the Lore Master and herself.
