C3 Crew Management App PR

Current Known Things Needed And On The To-Be-Added-Immediately List:

• Performance optimization - [DONE- this was actually literally just two procs I didn't optimize, should have been caught before test merge.]
• Preset radio channels for each team
• 'Lite' version of the app for PDAs
• Read-only version of the app for gawkers
• Native helmet/body cam integration into app
• Cross-away site camera access bugfixed [DONE- behavior migrated to https://github.com/Aurorastation/Aurora.3/pull/22908]
• Built-in best-practices/how-to-use guide.

One-round test merge was a lot of useful information. READ THE ABOVE LIST FIRST, THANK YOU!!

My main takeaway is that app, in isolation, is insufficient for our purposes; I had intended on implementing some of the above features in next-pass PRs, but I think a lot of this functionality will need to live in Version One.

EDIT: Additional feedback-based items:

• Bulletins/Lore Terminal Integration
• Potential integration/revision of older analogous items (tracker implants, GPS units)
• UI size reduction/streamlining

The size of the crew management UI needs to be smaller, I feel. Maybe split stuff up into tabs for easier use rather then sticking everything onto one huge interface

If this isn't on the to-do already, the app is absolutely massive. I've had to fumble with it WAY TOO LONG while juggling playing the game. It needs to be shrunk down to at least Crew Manifest App size.

Its great, but it needs a couple of things to be genuinely useful:

• All crew need to get read access to it. It's worthless if you can't at least check who's in what team and locations. Keep command IDs needed to actually edit the thing.
• A section of command bulletins, where stuff about the event / lore terminals we find can be shared. Maybe this can be exception to the command ID needed.

Example for that second point, on the test round, the Station we docked at had prevented the Intrepid from undocking somehow, and wouldn't let us undock until we lifted the quarantine.

No one outside command knew this, coulda been in the little app that everyone on an expedition should read.

Then we found HOW to lift the quarantine, but it barely spread outside of medical / science, because the radio chatlogs got eaten.

Maybe this could be the exception, and crew can put information down on the bulletins bit.

Or you click the info terminal on an away mission with your PDA and it, copies the contents of the terminal into the app.

This is only tangentially related, but I also think some of our older items could stand to be modernized and integrated. Things like tracking implants, which is woefully outdated, and GPSes, which had questionable amount of usage.
