Viral Outbreak, Biohazard onboard the station. When Chief Engineer Isaak Pestov heard what happened he wanted to swipe for code red with Head of Personnel Valorallen Vitellia. When Valorallen Vitellia was unable to swipe, Chief Engineer Isaak Pestov wanted to call Emergency Response Team, but Head of Personnel called Emergency Shuttle, on Code Blue, without contacting Central Command first. Head of Personnel did so, because they were infected and didn't know what they were doing. So Chief Engineer Isaak Pestov recalled the Shuttle and wanted to send Central Command Status Report and call ERT. But Interrim Head of Security Jim Calhoun instantly arrested the Chief Engineer Isaak Pestov, let the synthetic point a weapon at him. took complete control of command, disregarding any opinion, tried to force the Chief Engineer Isaak Pestov to do his biddingm while cuffing him and pointing a weapon at him.

A complete fine workshift had been made into a financial disaster because of a desease, which could have been easily cured by ERT. He completly disregarded the opinion of ther Head of Staff. He illegally arrested a Head of Staff. He tried to force the Chief Engineer to do his bidding with a weapon pinted at him. And the Interrim Head of Security completly disregarded completly how the Head of Staff normally operate.

That's why Chief Engineer Isaak Pestov wants the Duty Officer Corp to look into the Incident.
