uristmcbigbeard Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 (edited) BYOND Key: (This is your Byond login/Ckey)uristmcbigbeard Total Ban Length: (The total time of your ban. You can also note your remaining time, though it is not required) permanent Banning staff member's Key: (This is the staff member's BYOND key/Ckey who placed the ban)host Reason of Ban: (You can see this when you attempt to log in to the server)Attacked the wizard because "he's the wizard". Logged while being questioned. Reason for Appeal: (State your reason for why you think you should be unbanned) On other servers, wizards are supposed to be kill on sight and I thought the same for this server. After reading the rules, I found out that's not true. I also logged because byond froze and I couldn't get it to work again. My game freezes whenever I respond to an ahelp or click a hyperlink in the game for some reason. It was my bad for not reading the rules and understanding wizards aren't kill on sight. Skull132 Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 You were unbanned just 23-something days ago. As per this: http://aurorastation.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4390 I am now a very strict follower of rules... Why exactly didn't you read the rules back then, as you claimed to have? And how can we actually trust you to do it this time?
uristmcbigbeard Posted December 30, 2015 Author Posted December 30, 2015 It really was a misunderstanding. I had read the rules, but not as finely as I have now. I won't engage in combat unless I know that I'm supposed to, and after reading some more I understand the differences between HRP and low RP.
Jennalele Posted January 6, 2016 Posted January 6, 2016 Hi, Jennalele/aimlessAnalyst here. We can get to unbanning you, under one condition: A total last-chance policy. You've been given multiple opportunities and warnings. I believe you have the ability to shape up, but if we unban you, you need to make very good on that trust. That means that any more transgressions WILL get you re-banned; You're on a very short leash until you can prove what you say is true. If you think this is fair, then consider this appeal accepted.
Jennalele Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 Then it's settled. Application accepted, good luck.
