Diona Internal Healing (Mending broken bones and organs)

My Idea for Diona internal healing is as follows, Say you have broken both of your legs as Diona (Insert name here) and currently can't stand? With this you would have the option to sacrifice about twenty ticks of in game time in which, you would be unconscious and vulnerable while your body mends the broken bones in your legs, I'm suggesting a feature like this to let you heal your broken bones and organs. Because Diona according to lore are a self sufficient race, they don't need food, water, air or atmosphere and they can heal from all the other wounds, But breaking enough bones ingame currently screws you over as your left unable to do anything at all, Forever collapsing and dropping things until a doctor can fix you, With this you have the option to sacrifice your time to heal yourself while being oh so vulnurable because it would take twenty ticks per broken bone and organ for balance reasons

Some feedback on this would be lovely this is only a rough idea

We discussed this in the lore chat. 20 ticks is a complete ball-park "Well, why not" number, specially since we don't know how long a tick takes.

Otherwise I think this would be a reall cool idea.

I feel like this may have been forgotten. It seems like a good idea and makes sense lore wise. Just sort of wanted to bump this.

Twenty ticks is not very long at all. If this becomes a thing, I definitely feel it should be a very lengthy process. Maybe have to be in a brightly lit area, and roughly 5~ minutes worth of immobile time?

My idea iwht this is its five minutes to fix a broken bone, while which you need a steady source of radiation and your blind/deaf and unable to move while doing so, leaving you utterly vulnurable

The idea's nice, but, five minutes is a bit long. I feel like it does need to take longer than a surgeon can fix them, but not too long where they'd be confused for SSD or something, and taken to dorms/cryo.

It would give them a unique message and the time is debatable,. I'm just giving a example of how it could be

What do you feel a good time for it would be? 2 or 3 minutes? Doesn't seem too long honestly.

Also, another thing entirely, would you have to do this for each bone at a time or is it a one set time mends all bones?

It would mend one bone at a time then one organ at a time, it would work even if you can't stand, so it would be 2-3 minutes per bone then 2-3 minutes per organ which would add up

With organs it would mend a set amount of damage to the organ per tick rather than instantly healing 666666 damage to a organ instantly, so with higher levels of damage to organs it would prolly work best to just get surgery if its a crisis situation

I feel like it could take five minutes, but the diona shouldn't need to be immobile for it. They're already hindered enough for speed. And if they're being attacked, it's not like they're going to nope right out of an antags line of sight and regen to come back and whip that ass. They move too slow.

The need to be immobile is because of how much concentration it would take their gesalt to mend broken bones and damaged organs, its not something they should be able to do AND move in my opinion
