Add a second field generator for Xenoarch and Anomalist

Pretty much as the title says. The xenoarch/Anomalist have to share a single field generator, which is essential to their work. Normally, this isn't a problem... if there is only one. But the second another joins, it causes so much wasted time dragging it between sites. A second would make everyone's lives easier

Even better than the prospect or ordering them, how about making them construct-able machines using a board from R&D?

Edit: Something like this maybe:

Circuit Board (Field Generator) X Glass 20 Sulphuric Acid

E&M Level (4 or 5? Pretty advanced I'd think)

Data Theory (3 or 4)

Then for machine construction, it could use a machine frame, the board, some cable coils, maybe a manipulator, a laser, and a scanning module? Just some ideas.
