Stamps and Cryogenics

Is it possible for a head of staff to go into cryo with their stamp? I can think of at least two incidents, admittedly on the old code, when a previous head of staff in my position went cryo, and when I came on, could not find the stamp anywhere. If so, is there anyway to get a new stamp?

Cryoing with stamps can be disabled: they can be added to the list of shit that doesn't get despawned. Otherwise, no way to get new ones.

Yeah, I have noticed that before. I try to remember to put it back but I can think of a few times where I took mine with me.

It seems most prevalent with the QM and HoP's tamp. Only other time Ive seen it happen was one other time with the captain's stamp. Really bloody annoying.

For a new person of that rank to show up the character would have had to get stored. So that's kinda moot.

That'd be great and extremely helpful. In the past when I tried, they didn't appear in recoverable items.
