The supermatter core isn't something I'd consider unique and irreplaceable; You can order a new one from cargo.

I'm fairly certain a full core can be unearthed by an Archaeologist. I remember one round where it happened, or at least: that's how it was described.

I'm not sure if you can order IPC suit coolers, but the two in EVA are "rare".

Suit coolers are supposed to be autolathe-made-able. You should be able to print one at ease, these in EVA storage are just for emergency use (I think).

But yeah. I looked it up the other night just to verify. Full crystals can be dug up on the asteroid, but the chances of finding it amongst all the other stuff that gets dropped is something like one in thirty between fossils and anomalies, and that's per round.
