Overview of the Incident:

BLANK-BOT spent the first 50 minutes of his shift in the psychiatrist's office with his 'girlfriend'; an AI slaved android named R.U.R. Upon discovering spiders in medbay he fired his weapon and accidently his R.U.R.

BLANK-BOT then spent a great deal of time in the Bar speaking to a Technician, Hakra Drat, and did not realize that the Technician was carrying a fire axe.
