Oh no, my stupid-head friend is ruining my life.

BYOND Key: JKFawkestrot

Total Ban Length: Unknown

Banning staff member's Key: tenenza

Reason of Ban: User of connection (faustianrubble) is banned from playing here

Reason for Appeal: I moved in with my friend who is on his way out for work, and I'm keeping the place, but he was banned because he's basically a loud-mouth know-it-all who somehow manages to get banned anywhere that can actually ban people. I've tried to log in at another friends house and now HE can't play either. I've never had this sort of problem, as you're sure to know that I've always been quite respectful to admins whilst playing on Aurora. It sucks for my non-loudmouth friend also, whose connection I basically destroyed as well. So I'm asking you to consider removing my association with faust. We are NOT one in the same. (Or at least, remove my friends connection from being refused as well, that really sucks for him)

:) Thanks.

Reason of Ban: Not sure? It says FaustianRubble...? Explained below...

I am also banned because of this, with the same user (FaustianRubble). Somehow since we've tried to play on the same computers and network before, the ban has now locked onto my BYOND Key or machine key or something as well.

I haven't done anything wrong, and neither has Fawkestrot, could you guys please lift this ban or change how it's done to not ban everyone who ever uses that network? I think it spread because we use a windows 7 VM to play and that VM was launched from his network once and the ban glued to our accounts, too, so, now I can't play from home, there, on my VM, and now not even on my non-VM workstation that has windows on it...

Hiya. So after reviewing the notes on all three of you, I've found that the ban has been mirrored across a grand total of ten times.

You should be able to join the server now.

The VM-ing in combination with the LAN-ing did it. Once one of those signatures enters the database, it's enough to create a neat little spider's web of ban mirrors.

Hopefully Serv found all of the references and lifted them.
