Reason of Ban: multiple notes of chucklefucking in addition to today#39s incident where they had themselves and another person ran over by a mulebot.

What is this about Exactly?

Im not appealing the notes of chucklefucking. Im appealing this ban, which was for the incident with the MULEbot. ontop of notes.

Notes + MULE incident = ban

Notes =/= ban

is my premise here, so im going to appeal why the MULEbot incident was totally not worthy of provoking this ban.

So what happened Exactly?

I hacked a MULEbot to have

- Max Speed

- No Loading Control

- Bloodlust Murder Death Evilness from the gates of hell oh god what is -/CRUNCCH/- *Screams* AHH

Why..? Just why...?

2 main reasons,

1) To Scare the crap out of Paul Guess

Me and Paul were having a fighteoroony, and I wanted to scare him with a speeding murder-mule

2) To be the hero that the Exodus deserves.

There was currently an outbreak and after scaring paul I was going to run them over with a MULE if they got in the path of the MULE

I memorized all game damage, and MULE hits dont kill you instantly

Afforementioned slime outbreak reached cargo, GLOMP GLOMP.

How did they get in?

I had called for medical, then stood in the door until i collapsed to make sure the door would be open for medical when they arrived.

Slimes.. Uhh.. Uh.. Find a way.

First of all, I want to make it clear that you were not banned because your actions ended in killing someone else's, or anyone's, character.

You were banned because you have multiple instances of chucklefucking behavior and general self-antagging which has resulted in multiple three day bans in the past. This ban will not be lifted.

Whenever moderators stop and look at what you're doing, we always pull your notes and check for a past history. See if you have a habit of whatever it is that you're doing, and if you've been talked to it before.

What I imagine here is Nursie followed this procedure once she became aware of the MULEbot rampage (either because someone reported it, or she noticed it on her own), and came to the conclusion that despite your numerous notes and warnings, you were still causing issues.

Applying a tempban is the next escalated course of action.

I did something slightly mad, that ended awfully by accident, this wasnt me "self-antagging". This was me being shit at Hacked MULE operation.

Notes stand, but this isnt an instance of me "continuing" this is just me trying to do something in round that's dumb.

I dont see how having notes make this an instance of me being evil, im just shit at controlling those things, and wont try something like this in the future.
