Arrow768 Posted June 5, 2017 Posted June 5, 2017 Reporting Personnel: Richard Jonson Rank of Reporting Personnel: Chief Engineer Game ID: bOP-cx79 Personnel Involved: (Name, Rank: Offender/Witness/Other (Ckey)) - Makenzie Gronko (Offender, absynth) - Sophie Rifler (Witness, shodan43893) - Arthur Sommer (Witness, thestryker) Time of Incident: (If unable to provide, leave blank) Real time: 20:30 GMT+1 Location of Incident: Vacant Office, Brig Processing Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard[]Accident/Injury[]Destruction of Property[x]Neglect of Duty[]Harassment[x]Assault[]Misconduct[x]Other Failure to Execute a Order, Vandalism Overview of the Incident: Atmospheric Technician Gronko went AWOL at the start of the shift "to explore space because they are bored". They did not announce that they were bored and had nothing todo. They where not authorized in any way to go EVA. And they did not ask for a break. Later on they announced that they have "found a ship and are attempting to repair it to fly it back to biesel" They somehow managed to return to the station, then setup a shop in the vacant office without prior authorization by command staff or acquiring a station modification form. I approached them and asked them if they have acquired the required paperwork to which they denied and claimed they not need any permission to remodel the area since it is a public one. After explaining their mistake to them (station directive 6) they still insisted that they do not need a form to modify the area. Therefore I have ordered them to restore the area into its original condition which they refused. I requested two security officers with a locker to seize the contraband they acquired and detain her for failure to execute an order. The officers arrived and confiscated the weapons she obtained (steel bat and flamethrower) and any additional items that have been procured by her while on company pay. She has been moved to the brig where she started to throw insults over coms. Due to this I decided to demote her and announced this to her During processing she resisted out of her cuffs assaulted the warden, acquired his stun batton and repeatedly stunned him, then attempted to flee via a maint airlock. She has only been stopped by the security forces that have been called to the incident scene. Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: No Captain or IAA presentActions taken: She has been charged with: Neglect of Duty, Failure to Execute an Order, Assault, Resisting Arrest, Vandalism and Slandering a Head of Staff. Attempts have been made to talk about her with the issues and avoid a suspension, but she continued to throw insults and did not see how her actions brought her into this in the first place. Due to the number of crimes a suspension has been carried out after a majority command vote. The total brig time was 32 minutes during which she attempted to escape confienment claiming it was due to unclear orders by the warden.
