Arrow768
Reporting Personnel: Paul Jonson Rank of Reporting Personnel: Captain Game ID: bP9cQL9 Personnel Involved: - Amy Periwinkle, Nurse (Offender) - Reina Aikawa, Scientist (Witness) - Kiluho Irusole, Security Officer (Witness) - Iski Ras, Paramedic (Witness) Time of Incident: Aprox 1 hour into the shift Real time: 22:00 GMT+1 Location of Incident: Xenobio Access Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property []Neglect of Duty []Harassment []Assault [X]Misconduct [X]Other Failure to Execute an Order Overview of the Incident: We were at the research sublevel after a power outage to investigate reports of a dangersou artifact and dispose of it. As we entered science, the medical personell present at the science entrence airlock insisted that they came a long due to the possibility of injuries We went to the sublevel and searched the xenoarecheology wing for the artifact, but could not locate it. We took position infront of the xenobiology access airlock to enter it, when Nurse Periwinkle pulled out a Stun Batton and assumed position to rush into it once the airlock opened. Nurse Periwinkle was ordered to hand over the baton, but refused to do so. Only after aiming my energy pistol at her (set to stun), she threw the baton my way. She was then ordered to vacate this area and head back to medical as we also have a EMT present that is more than capable of handling any injures that might occur. She also refused this order and insisted that she stays here, mentioning that the artifact has effected my mental condition. Even after I informed here that she will be charged with failure to execute an order if she does not leave the area immediately she insited on staying. Therefore I ordered the officer to detain her. She immediately made way to the elevator and went back to the medbay. The officer did not arrest her as we had more important things to do. I then informed the CMO of what happened. We finished the search of the research sublevel, but could not locate the incident in question. Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: NoActions taken: Due to various ongoing issues (power issues, ...) no further actions have been taken. Additional notes: It seems that Nurse Periwinkle is unaware of her position as a nurse and acts more like a normal doctor or paramedic than a nurse. She has adobted a very bossy attitude and even went so far to attempt to remove myself and security officers from the medbay lobby when we were taking care of a call made by someone in the medbay lobby. (There was only a cadet and a borg assigned to security at the time so I had to look into certain cases myself) Link to comment

Synnono
This report is currently on hold, due to being an element of an open player or character complaint. If you have something to add to that discussion, please do so at https://forums.aurorastation.org/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=8868. If there is a need to, this report will be reopened following the resolution of the complaint. Link to comment
whiterabit
Following the conclusion of the player complaint against Biabri/Amy Periwinkle, this Incident Report is being closed. We don't double down on IC and OOC action, and the player has received a departmental ban from medical for the type of behavior detailed in this report. Should they continue to act in a similar fashion in the future, you may file another Incident Report which will not be affected by this resolution. The complaint in reference may be found here: https://forums.aurorastation.org/viewtopic.php?f=39&p=82867 Link to comment
