Reason for complaint: I'd like my warning dropped because I was not a willing participant to whatever ERP I was involved in.

Evidence/logs/etc:

Involved Parties: Kyres1 (Yahir Jones)

Witnesses: Winterume (Annebeth Hiro)

What happened: I was in a maintenance tunnel raiding Cargo's warehouse with a friend of mine that I just met IC. We were just about to open the door when Yahir walked around the corner, said nothing, then pull-punched me. I told him he was being mean, and he told me to hit him back. So I hit him and he voluntarily started moaning. He edged me on to continue so I saw this as an opportunity to knock him out and get some free blood. So I continued punching him until he was unconscious, told him the "safeword" was "shitcurity", while he was voluntarily moaning and groaning over the engineering radio. After I got blood from him, we both agreed we should get back to whatever we were doing before hand. That's pretty much how the situation unfolded. I didn't consent to Erotic Roleplay from the beginning. It was just convenient that Yahir was being a weirdo.

Additional remarks:

Role: Engineering Apprentice & Antag-Vampire

I admit that Kyres1's masochistic reaction to getting hit sparked this whole situation and that you as a vampire needed a reason to feed off someone. However, the whole scene had a clear sexual undertone that showed that the character, Yahir, got sexual gratification in getting hit, moaning and groaning after each hit from you. The addition of a safeword, a suggestion that came from you, only drew it closer to BDSM.

Regardless of whether it was planned by you and Kyres1, which I'm sure it wasn't. The fact was that it was already pretty sexual and straddling the line of ERP. As far as I can tell, you never stopped to question the validity of all this. A quick LOOC saying "Hey, isn't this getting really sexual?" would have sufficed, or even just grabbing him, blood drain, and telling him that it happened instead of actually doing it would have been better.

As such, I think I'll stand by this warning.
