I am not sure if replies are acceptable on an application to moderator in the community, but I will say that I have observed QueenofYugoslavia to be a Saavy and intuitive administrator on her projects with Garry'smod. Her logistic skills and art of persuasion has only been matched with her quick-thinking and level-headed thinking. My word honestly does not mean much, but I can say she'd make a great member of the community, should god be willing to grant her knowledge and patience to pass trialmod.

If other, replace line and specify.) Overview of the Incident: I was admitted into medical with critical organ damage. My eyes were completely burnt and transformed into ash and I had brain damage. Upon being admited, I received medical attention from a cyborg and the attending "Nurse" was the psychiatrist Leslie McAllister. During the time, I was suffering from extreme pains even through the painkillers I was given by the cyborg brobot. The issue starts when Leslie McAllister helps oversee the surgery and makes comments about me dying and my future death. A prime example is when Leslie McAllister says that what I said was too long to written on a tombstone - it was "The Lord's Prayer", a very popular christian prayer before sleep. Upon having my brain fixed, the cyborg had no prosthetic eyes for me so I was taken back to the ICU for a followup scan. On the way there, Leslie McAllister continued speaking to me using a tone fitting more for a pet than a person with critical injuries, using words such as "Hun" and "sugar" and "schnookems" to try and soothe me even when I expressed that I no longer wanted Leslie to speak to me with such an unprofessional tone. Upon receiving a scan, Leslie stated they possessed the skills to give me eyes but at this time, I had already stated I no longer wanted them to operate on me or be near me during any operations. After threatening me with an ultimatum that I would either accept his help or stay blind, they finally left me alone once security was called. I remained blind and eyeless for another hour and thirty minutes listening to arguments over the radio and hearing Leslie state I will just have to wait until I get to central command to receive medical attention until, finally, Marco Altmann finally cut the eyes from a dead shaft miner and blessed me with the gift of sight once more, Afterwards, Leslie McAllister "accidentally" set himself on fire in the psychiatrist office by lighting papers on fire. It was there I also discovered Leslie also dressed up in a cat-ear-tail costume during the time of all these events happening. Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: No, I did not officially state for a head to intercede due to there being pressing issues at the time but I'm sure the Captain, Paul Johnson, on station was made aware. Actions taken: Security did attempt to get me the medical attention I needed. Some even offered to donate one of their eyes for me. Most efforts were geared towards other security threats at the time.

+1 from me. I've had a lot of interaction with McKinney and can say they have created superb RP experiences just as an assistant on Andie Metzer. Whether it was through PDA messages or interactions during personal events, they've created a memorable experience for me and, I'm sure, for others as well.

Well, apologies for not Ahelping before self-harm. I read the rules once when I started on this server about 3 months back but have not checked them again since; besides bwoinks from admins of course citing them. I just try to operate on common sense and things like "Would he do it?" type questions. As for expecting people to pick up the IC baggage, yeah I figured the AI who saw it go down would report it to security and security might come robust Ward's drunk ass back into a more well-conditioned, sober state, and eventually the chaplain who sparked his depression spiral would be called into question, but I'm assuming security had their hands tied with other matters or nothing was reported by the AI. Anywho, apologies if I breached the rules in some way, it was certainly not intentional for me to not Ahelp before self-harm. I never thought something like that would be considered rule-breaking since I'd done it before as a changeling antagonist. I certainly do *not* want to have Ward deaded during this round when I feel had the wizard not been at the elevators on the main level, a different outcome would have occurred. I'll take that warning no problem though. I understand how it'd be confusing for situations like this. Again, sorry.

As the player of Ward Sagan, I had planned on trying to RP out the depression a bit more before I attempted suicide. With the incoming CT, I didn't really have as much time as I would have liked to speak to anyone about it at length IC given I had 13 minutes before the round started and I had not even started the plan for suicide. With little time left, I had planned that I would start a last-ditch suicide attempt and for people to come up the elevator, since I saw a bunch of people standing by the elevator along with the wizard before I went to the surface. It was there I'd hoped the AI or one of the crew would notice and do something about it. Unfortunately, everyone was preoccupied because of the wizard who was at the elevator lift on the main level during that 5 minute period. Antag was more interesting at the time I guess. It's not that I don't understand canonically, but I feel that if the antag had not been around to disrupt the flow of traffic, someone would have stopped Ward or at least asked how he was doing.

I currently play Ward Sagan. The reason I didn't allow the other two medical staff to handle it because the Captain and CIAA agent on board the station stated over medical channel that the character of Kunta X was not allowed to continue working on any patients for that shift. The other medical staff was a fresh medical resident who didn't even know where the fitness room was and allowed an assistant to die while I was trying to stabilize the incoming injured from the blob and process the deceased to clone them. I cloned Bigby Farkas, gave him full cryo- treatment, gave him some alkysine, and moved to help stabilize injured coming in. When I arrived back at the cryo cells, his things were gone, and he was missing. He walked out without me having a chance to sit him down and explain what happened. The comment about "Sorry, Bigby, I was busy grabbing dead" was referring to me going to get the corpses from medical lobby and the main hallways. I knew he would be confused as to why he ended up in medbay so I wanted him to be aware that I didn't forget he was there, I was just busy working. It was not until the Blob fiasco and Bigby being cloned that medical finally received a doctor I could ask to help but by that time, I had nearly processed a good chunk of the people. The only other doctor that I could have called was Mika, whom I never even saw enter medical bay. I've not got much to say about the situation besides that I was very busy trying to help multiple at once and couldn't quite give as much mental health attention as i would have liked.

I've had nothing but positive things to say about the characters this person has played in which she has interacted with me. So far, they seem to know their place.

Key: Pisest Character: Henderson Minnie Reason for replying: I was the cadet that got murdered by the Ninja. The ninja faced me down in the middle of the hallways stating that he wanted to make me into a burger. I told him I choose to run. Internally thinking, I had no weapons to take this guy down because I'm just a cadet. So i ran, he gutted me a couple times, dragged me, I got up, pushed him down, stomped him a couple times in the chest, and ran. Eventually I got hit so much that I went blind. Anya Shimizu, the responding surgeon, attempted attack the man while I was still alive. After going into unconsciousness, i eventually died. Some hits from the ninja, a couple from Anya attempting to robust the ninja. After I died, Anya, instead of dragging me away, killed that weeaboo scum where he formerly stood. Eh, I've been accused of robusting folks as a doctor and even though it sucks, technically speaking you are only supposed to act in self-defense. From ghosting, it looked more like a man-hunt than actually trying to survive.

We were just about to open the door when Yahir walked around the corner, said nothing, then pull-punched me. I told him he was being mean, and he told me to hit him back. So I hit him and he voluntarily started moaning. He edged me on to continue so I saw this as an opportunity to knock him out and get some free blood. So I continued punching him until he was unconscious, told him the "safeword" was "shitcurity", while he was voluntarily moaning and groaning over the engineering radio. After I got blood from him, we both agreed we should get back to whatever we were doing before hand. That's pretty much how the situation unfolded.
