Kaed
Currently, there's a glaring hole in what malf AI can access (well, several, but I'm only addressing one today), in that they are unable to interact with either ATMs or the financial account computer in the HoP office. In the case of both of these, I'm pretty sure the only or main reason for this is no one has bothered to code in extra interactions for them. The ATMs just send you a message about AI not being issued payment under current laws, and the financial account computer is hard coded to not function unless a valid ID is physically placed in it. I don't particularly see a reason why an AI who is in the process of electronically taking over the entire station would politely keep it's digital fingers off of all that, or why they would mysteriously be so completely more advanced in security systems that they surpass even the station self destruct, which the malf AI can also access eventually. Even aside from the aspect of being able to fuck with people's money and give them a reason to be genuinely upset, the station accounts being an untouchable area negates the ability for AI to perform tricks like deleting someone's records to insist they are not crew. Because you can't do anything to their bank account, the HoP just has to walk a couple steps over to the other computer and check if they have a bank account, and now they are potentially suspicious of the AI. A few ideas for things an AI could do aside from basic functions players could do: -Rename or remove financial accounts -Create new financial accounts -Possibly transfer from one account to another? -Lock up ATMS -Make ATMs dispense credits in one of three ways: spitting out a specific amount of credit bills to the tile the ATM is on, launching a wad of them at someone nearby, or spraying money all over the place like it's some kind of game show. (DISPENSING WITHDRAWAL INCENTIVE. *money flying everywhere* "Hey guys, let's leave the AI alone.") I think it would be reasonable to have to hack the individual ATMS or accounts computers before you can use them, but it should be possible. Link to comment

Arrow768
One problem with the ATMs spewing out money is that we would have to track how much money is in a ATM and add in a mechanic to refill the ATMs with money if they run out. So its not as simple as it seems at first. But its a interesting idea. Link to comment
