Overview of the Incident:

For a number of shifts, Amos Miller has acted in a manner considered by the regulations to be hooliganism. Each time I have approached him, he has without fail turned to run and forced me to pursue him through out the Station. In this instance, of many, he was wearing his uniform rolled down to his hips and ran when I told him to change it to proper uniform. This attitude is common with him and he is quite vulgar towards me for no real reason. I'd like this addressed as it is becoming an on-going issue.
